I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received at…read moreyour Wienerschnitzel location today. My first encounter was at approximately 1:09 PM, and my final encounter occurred at 2:10 PM. What should have been a simple food order turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience lasting over an hour. My order was incomplete because my chili dogs were missing. While waiting for the mistake to be corrected, the rest of my food became cold. The cashiers were courteous and willing to remake my order, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the manager intervened and made the situation worse. She asked for my receipt and questioned whether I had even ordered the chili dogs, despite them being clearly listed on my receipt. She then requested that I return all the food and, with what I perceived as a sarcastic smile, insisted that it was "still warm." Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a reasonable solution, she dismissed my concerns. I became extremely frustrated by her attitude and handling of the situation and ultimately requested a refund. I understand that mistakes happen, and I do not expect perfection. However, I do expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and accountability, especially from someone in a management position. What disappointed me most was that the cashiers were already willing to correct the mistake, yet the manager's intervention turned a simple issue into an unpleasant experience.

Pro tip :I always ask for my hot dog grilled extra so it gets that little char on it takes a bit longer but that flavor hits different. They got other deals too like the Sunday specials and a Chicago dog lemonade and other menu items for $2.50 which isn't bad at all, but this combo I got was the move.
