I called David and he was surprised because he thought it was handled. He pays premiums like we all due for exactly these situations. He said he'd call them and they have ghosted him, leaving me on my own with headaches, jaw pain and a broken tooth . He could pay out of pocket and deal with State Farm himself. But instead he's leaving me to deal with it on my own. I'm so stressed, can't eat, and now have to get an attorney involved and I hate attorneys. How long will this take and how much worse will I get? Avoid this chain, National City and Imperial Beach. If they can't even help customers with rocks in their food, imagine what else ?!
