Julie found the perfect comfortable not too long dress and they began working on the adjustments to her fitting immediately. On Monday, just 2 days later, we picked up the dress and ready the fly out the next day to Queenstown NZ. Gladys is wonderful along with all of her sales staff on the floor. We just encountered a rude lady upstairs in the fitting area as we were picking up the dress who refused to tell us her name after I called her out on bad customer service. We had the expectation of trying on the dress one last inspection before signing anything or walking out. We had to repeat ourselves 3x that "yes we would like to try on the dress one final time...." This lady kept saying she wasn't the one who adjusted the dress. We didn't care about if she adjusted the dress or not. She's full of insecurities and her attitude started to escalate therefore I stopped it right there by asking her "when you applied for your job there should've been a level of good quality customer service, am I correct?" That is when she realized and she began to correct herself by calming down her selfish unprofessional attitude. She then gotten paranoid and called a sales lady to run up as if we had an issue with the dress. I clearly explained nothing is wrong w the dress. It was the lady who tried to rush us for signing the pickup form before final inspection is who we had a problem with. At the end of the day we give 2birds 5 stars for working so fast, efficiently, and professionally on the sales floor.

I purchased a bridal gown, 2 bridesmaid dresses and a junior bridesmaid dress from Two Birds Bridal in Wetherill Park on 9th February 2020. They seemed great to begin with, I thought I was going to receive my made to measure dresses and them end up my dream dresses but boy was I wrong. 3 weeks out from my wedding day I was at other bridal shops trying to find dresses for my big day all because Two Birds Bridal didn't produce the products I asked for and paid for. The quality was dreadful, the dresses weren't fitting correctly for made to measure dresses, they didn't even arrive with enough time to have them 'fixed' and appropriate enough to wear. There are so many brides out there who have experienced similar situations with this company. It seems they happily take soon to be brides money, but in return deliver horrible products and cause so much additional stress by waiting months before getting the dresses distributed from their 'designers' in China. I have since been to NCAT and managed to win the court case where Two Birds Bridal was ordered to pay me $7890, however they decided to put a dispute in. This dispute never went ahead as the company withdrew their application. I attempted to garnish their bank account - with no success and then paid for sheriffs to retrieve the money twice. But the owners changed their business name numerous times and are now claiming they know nothing about the debt being owed to me. Also take notice of the managers names listed with ASIC for Two Birds Bridal, you will find they post 5 star reviews here using their names stating how amazing their own business is and making out as though they purchase products regularly from the company they own. I am trying to get the word out there for future brides to be extremely careful and to read reviews both good and bad before putting any money down for bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses, especially at this particular bridal shop. Two Birds Bridal was ordered by NCAT to pay me and they are refusing to pay up! Nearly 2 years later and I am still fighting to get my money back. I will continue to fight until I receive what I am entitled to as per the NCAT court order of $7890.

And…read morealthough a well-known brand I never see anything in Bardot that I feel like I've seen 3 girls walking down the street in various versions of that day. My ONLY gripe with Bardot is that for what you get, it's a little pricey. I mean the fabrics, cut or anonymous designers just don't quite justify the price tags. Which is why I generally just cruise the sale racks at Bardot- while I'm happy to pay for quality, and this stuff is good quality- it just falls short of where it should be at a couple of hundred bucks an item. Hence my obsession with the Bardot sale racks- and this is where Bardot at Broadway comes in. I don't know if I'm just lucky but every time I come by here a good portion of the shop is under a massive discouont (50-70% at last visit). Keep your prices at these levels Bardot and you'll see a lot more of my hard-earned $$$ lining your pockets!

This store was originally near Martin Place before relocating too much larger premises in Westfields Sydney. The new store is absolutely amazing. The fit out is breathtaking and definitely up to world standards (think Opening Ceremony in Tokyo or Colete in Paris, only slightly more conservative in aesthetic). The product assortment is beautifully curated. The last time I was there the lady that served me was really helpful. I was looking to buy a shirt. She showed me the whole collection and explained the differences in each of the shirts. Her knowledge of the products they sell was incredible. They take a very service orientated approach to sales, which I love. They even offered me a cup of tea or coffee while I was viewing the collection. I will definitely be coming back. Very highly recommended.

My purchase came to about US$200 cheaper in Australia versus the price in the U.S. The price is even more disparaging after you add in the U.S. sales tax, depending where you live. I live in Northern California so paying that extra 9.5% sales tax hurts. But if you're a visitor to Australia you can claim the Tourist Refund Scheme when you depart from the airport. Now semantically that may sound like a shady criminal deal, but actually you're able to get the Australian Goods and Services Tax refunded back to you. So in essence I saved over $350 on my LV purchase in Australia versus had I purchased the same item in the States. As far as service is concerned, the sales clerk who assisted me was very helpful and accommodating. He even walked me through the whole GST refund process and helped my to registered my product online via my iPhone so all I had to do was show my ID code on my phone to the officer at the airport.
