Our home was built in 1928, and every time they have change the decoration as per my request, they have been able to bring out all the beauty the home warrants. Our first project with Margaux was when we purchased the home in 2004, and have continued to use their services through today! Highly recommend them!

The owner from Margaux Interiors & her niece came to our home in Pinecrest, Florida during the…read morerenovation stage. After a walk through with little consultation, Margarita asked for $500. My husband & I were shocked because we weren't told of this fee ahead of time! Because I lived on the other coast, and needed assistance in Miami; we gave her $500 with understanding that the money would go toward services & store purchases. My sister & I made a 2.5 hour trip from Naples to go over reupholstery fabrics with Margarita and her niece. The quote was astronomically high in comparison with other quotes. Miami house project was put on hold due to unforseen issues with the renovation. I contacted Margarita to let her know this & explained that I'd be in contact when we moved into the home. There was a scheduled appointment in May 2019 for a 2nd house visit which was cancelled due to a complication babysitting her grandson. After trying to contact Margarita to finalize the job (sent 5 emails & 2 phone calls with NO reply) I received email stating "not taking in new projects & she hopes I find someone" This was not a new project - we gave her $500. Buyer BewareDo not give this company your hard earned money!

I wanted my living room to feel open and spacious. She helped me place my mirrors and furniture - now it makes the most sense! I have 2 couches but the living room still feels so open!! I wasn't sure what to do with a dark accent wall in the bedroom - but she helped me to see how cool it can really look and how to add pieces to bring light to the bedroom! I appreciate that she definitely has good taste and style of her own- but she was able to detect my personal style and help me fulfill what I imagined. All that and what a bargain hunter! If you ever want to hunt down a good deal- Jessica's up for the challenge.

Jessica made interior design a lot more approachable and it helped me realize that it's not just for people looking to completely redo an entire house, but can even help with small things like deciding where in the room to put a piece of furniture, what colors to choose based on the type of light that comes in, and more. I feel empowered and excited to make the changes we discussed to my space!

I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. Reply to Jorge's comment (11-16-19): thank you Jorge for your follow up. At no time was there ever mention of the possibility of making an appointment. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.
