I am not going to lie I know nothing about Halotherapy that breathing in salt is suppose to do, but they made a convincing point when they said everyone feels better when breathing the salt air at the beach. The message was great, the therapist asked what I wanted to have worked on and she hit all the right spots. The hour flew by. I left feeling great and very relaxed. The owner Jillian was super nice and friendly. It's great being able to interact with the owner, the service in a lot better and more personable than you will get a chain massage place. Overall a great place to go in the Hellertown area. I will definitely be back. Way better experience than I ever got the local chain places.

We booked our session ahead of time thru their website. We received a confirmation and then showed up. When you go for a session you are escorted into the salt cave. The walls and floor are filled with dry salt. You are sitting in a gravity chair that reclines, listening to meditation/relaxing music, and all you do is breathe the air. I didn't want this relaxing experience to end. It really doesn't end when you leave as your skin feels so wonderful. I loved how the salt felt on my feet. My sinus' drained for two days and I could finally hear out of my ears. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, the dry salt really helps.

First off, the spa music was skipping around and stopping sporadically and even played a couple ads. Super relaxing. I don't think my masseuse was trained properly because she was essentially rubbing her knuckles and forearm bones along my bones. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Not sure if she thought it was my muscle or what. Mid way through she tried to upsell me on the hot stone enhancement, but I declined, mostly out of fear those would be grinded on my bones as well. There's a spa next door so I'm trying them next.
