Care was set up two days later and the match was perfect. Every request for service was handled quickly including last minute trips to the doctor, which afforded me peace of mind. The woman who cared for my senior truly CARED for him and he looked forward to her visits. She did everything that was asked of her, but went steps beyond to be a caring companion and provide him company, care, safety and comfort. She made an evening trip to a pharmacy well after her shift ended to pick up a prescription, then stayed to set up a med box with careful instructions for him. An emergency trip to the hospital was handled with the utmost professionalism and care and she went above any measure I could have expected. Sadly, after the hospital visit, it was recommended he not live alone anymore and he moved out of state. It pained me to have to end the relationship with our Angel and the company, but I'm grateful for the time we had with them.
