We had the pleasure of working with Jordan whom my son enjoyed. We did the road to regulation program for his emotional dysregulation which helped quite a bit. Everyone we encountered in the office is friendly and professional. The office is clean and has lots of fun toys and items for the kids to play with. I was updated after every session on what was discussed and what to work on at home. I would recommend this place!

We took our child in for an evaluation, the report of which we were only then told takes two weeks. But subsequently received a call the next day to schedule an appointment to begin care. What?? If you don't have the report of the evaluation how will the treatment be planned? And why delay the report to the parents who are trying to expedite care for thier child? Not even ashamed enough to appear prioritizing patient care over a money grab. We've started to look elsewhere.. Edit: None of this is directed at the therapist who evaluated our child and with whom we felt quite comfortable. Unfortunately it appeared management had her on a time leash where she had to abruptly dart out of the session toward the end.

It turns out she did have sensory processing disorder and she began going to the Kioko center regularly. It made a HUGE difference!!! My daughter is now 9 and is doing great! She also has PDD-NOS. She continues to see Tara from time to time (she gets OT at school as part of her IEP) and she just had a blast at Tara's summer day camp. Tara changed our life and she and her entire staff are amazing. The things they do at the Kioko center and at her camp make a huge difference.

Initially, she was being belligerent about not providing the service without a prescription for both nursing and OT. After arguing this point, I told her to contact the surgeons office for the additional prescription they needed. One day later, she assured me she had everything she needed to proceed. Fast forward a few weeks in anticipation of the first appointment and no one calls or shows up. My mother called the office and they said they had no prescription for a home nurse. It's hopeless to argue with incompetent representatives. I asked my mother to cancel all requests, we'll be looking elsewhere for real care.
