I have been done with them since I fired them back in April and I still have post nightmares from them. Good luck on your journey. Not only do they lie to your face, but they lie on the phone. I was sitting in the parking lot speaking to the receptionist and she told me my paralegal was there but busy. I know my paralegal's car. It was not there. Also I know my paralegal quit because no one in their right mind stays at that firm more than a month. I seriously hope they drowned and pay for the pain and financial drownings that they cost me.

They work so well together. And they take care of one another. For a long photo shoot, they got food for the team and supported a local cause, I don't remember which, by ordering from a certain restaurant that was donating for every sandwich bought that day. There were so many details like that, the intentionality is through the roof. They have give-aways cabinet and they go support local youth sports teams and local elementary school fairs and career days and are so involved in the community giving back in person! I referred a friend who was in a motorcycle accident and Melissa talked to him and he thanked me. She was so quick with the call back too. Time is ticking when some accident happens. The team is so kind and I want to work there! I told them they could just pay me in compliments. They give credit where credit is due and empower their team to be the best in such a healthy happy way. It is impressive. I luckily have not used their services first hand, but know people who have and their reputation is legit. They are that good balance of empathy and grit. Kindness and pushiness to get stuff done right. Save this place in case you or your people need a good experienced personal injury lawyer.

I have never walked into an office full of complete Rockstars until I walked into Mockler Leiner…read moreLaw. I'm sitting here in awe of the verdict that just came down in my favor. I never expected I could actually win custody of my kids given the precedent that had already been set. On paper, the odds were not in my favor. Opposing counsel looked impressive: all the accolades, the certifications, the recognition. He was not someone I was looking forward to battling. I started my case pro se because I had so little hope of any real success. Then the first hearing got scheduled, and while I consider myself competent, I knew I needed someone to actually represent me. I spoke with 10 lawyers. Richard Mockler was the only one worth a damn. He called me in the early hours of the morning, and I knew immediately he was the one I wanted in my corner. I could tell just from talking to him that he was deeply well-versed in child custody law, and then I saw all the accolades, certificates, and awards to back it up. But he's not just a great lawyer. He's a great human, and I don't say that lightly. I've had the unfortunate experience of lawyers who pretended to care. Richard actually does, and he proves it time and time again. He's the king of the rockstars in that office, and it's obvious he's built the right team around him. It would be easy to discount this review because I won and I'm happy. But I fully expected to lose. I was hoping to walk away with a few concessions at best. I would have written this review word for word either way. I count myself lucky to have even had the chance to meet Richard at all. Then there's his partner, Angela Leiner, who was on nearly every call with me and Richard. She's the whole package too. It became clear fast that she was the one keeping the case centered and moving forward. She was the voice of reason every time I felt like jumping off a ledge. She doesn't sugarcoat anything, and she still has a way of making you feel heard and valued. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, and she kept me focused and moving smartly forward the entire time. She held it together for all of us. Hali was the first paralegal I worked with, and she was professional and knowledgeable from the very first exchange. Her answers were insightful, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She actually mapped out a whole process for handling my documents that stopped me from making further mistakes. A true Rockstar and an excellent point of contact. Katherine spent countless hours with me preparing motions and making sure every document was in order. Everything she produced was expert-level. She hit every single deadline, even when it meant working late or putting in extra time with me. She is the pillar of professionalism in that office. I also have to give a special shout-out to the other paralegals and office staff, who were incredibly responsive to every request. They didn't waste a minute or drop a single ball. If you're looking for a legal team that truly specializes in what they do, call them first. They are the outlier firm that actually cares and will give you everything they have. They've literally restored my faith in lawyers, and that is saying a whole lot. They have my highest recommendation, across the board.
