Paul did not mention that it was likely to take 3 years to get paid for the lawsuit we wanted to get involve in. We would have never got involve if Paul told us that from the beginning. Anyway, we pull out once I asked the question but Paul still sent us an invoice for $1,365.00. He claims he spent about 1.5 hours reviewing the case which is not true. Paul did not know anything about the case when we had our 1st phone call. You are supposed to hire a lawyer to protect yourself and you end up loosing money from that same lawyer. You cannot trust anyone in this world.

He did not say I would be meeting with another attorney. On 7/3/2024 I got a call from a man (? Mr. Nelson) confirming "our" appointment on 7/5/2024. I called back and left a message that I had an appointment with Mr. Knudson so if he was confirming that, yes I would be there so let me know, otherwise no. I was taken by surprise thinking who is this? Is this someone with Knudson law firm? He did not say. This is unprofessional and certainly not the way I do business. I received no call from Mr. Knudson indicating that something came up so he was sending someone in his place, no apology, nothing. When I make an appointment with someone, I expect to meet at the agreed upon date and time with THAT person unless some emergency occurs. That did not seem to be the case here. It was a total waste of my time to set time aside for this appointment that never occurred. And still no apology from Mr. Knudson. Clearly, clients are not a top priority, at least that was the feeling I got.
