Words can not express the gratitude I hold for this law firm. Attorney Michaelangelo and his staff, Alina in particular, helped us navigate complex legal issues before and after my Mother's death. From Advanced Directives, to Estate Creation, I felt like a friend had my back the entire time. It's not what you would expect with dealing with Lawyers. but then again the Lawyers and Staff at Mortellaro & Sinadinos are anything but typical. Talk to them sooner, rather than later. They are good people who care about you... read more

I had requested an appointment to help with estate planning for a family member . they offered a phone interview to obtain information about what was needed. it was scheduled and I waited and never received a call . I called them and the receptionist apologized and offered to reschedule. Nope if they can't handle a phone call then why trust them with the estate read more

Our estate had grown over the years and we wanted to get our estate set up with wills, health documents and trust documents in place to assure our beneficiaries would be able to step right in and assume ownership smoothly without any probate issues. Mortellaro Law was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly was able to help us with a revocable trust that provided everything needed to get our assets set up for trouble free transfer upon our deaths. The end product provides us with great peace of mind and we would recommend Mortellaro Law to anyone looking to protect your estate for your children and grandchildren. Our Case Manager, Ms. Sarah Kearney was kind, professional and a delight to work with. Do not hesitate to pay for their services - it is well worth the money. read more

The reviews convinced me to hire them for a new trust document. We worked through all the points. We waited and waited for the final document, which never came. Turns out that attorney left (I think) 7 months ago. Then we got another one who finished the document but the next year and we lost the value of moves we had wanted to complete that year. He sent a DRAFT and we couldn't get the finished trust. Three years later we picked it up again and begged for the document. After 2 1/2 weeks we got someone to answer who said an attorney wants an appt and now the wait is another 3 weeks. After the first apology, there hasn't been anyone who seems concerned. I'm so sorry we gave them the money upfront (demanded). Their latest email asked me to write them a review. read more

Michelangelo took the time to listen and then ask questions - some that I didn't even know to ask -- to help our elderly family members walk down the difficult path of estate planning. He also gave insight into ways to approach family members in a way that didn't hurt feelings when certain difficult decisions were made in the best interest of the clients. He gave ways to protect the assets of the estate and offered creative solutions for designees for things like executing the last will & testament and making healthcare decisions. I felt like he was giving me the same advice that he would give to his own family. He gave bottom-line answers and was straightforward when necessary in order for us to arrive at a plan that our elderly family members can be confident executes their wishes in the best way possible. read more

I recently needed your law office in Oldsmar and Machelle, the Senior Case Manager was very professional and outgoing while assisting our family through the Medicaid process. Something that would have been very difficult for us to do she made it so much easier for us to go through and she did it with a smile. Thank you so very much. Job well done. read more

There is a reason why this firm has such a stellar reputation. Their work is impeccable. They have saved our family a small fortune, and have successfully obtained benefits for our elderly parents that we had never even considered. Michaelangelo and his team of experts have been instrumental in helping to preserve the assets of our Air Force veteran father who courageously served this country during wartime, and for that we are forever grateful. Special shout-out to MACHELLE, who is always instantly available in person and on the phone to answer questions and to explain the legal processes and the ins and outs of trusts in an easily understandable manner. They will be handling all of our family's estate planning and other legal matters for the rest of our lives. read more

Folks, Michelangelo is the real deal.  I wrote a review a few months ago on behalf of his staff when my father-in-law was in need of Medicaid services, but had not had the pleasure of speaking with the man himself until this morning. What a down-to-earth, caring and honest guy!  He and his staff helped us through the maze of Medicaid approval and we were headed down the path for VA approval before my father-in-law unexpectedly passed away. We can't thank Michelangelo and his staff enough for all of their guidance as we navigated through the process. They held our hand every step of the way through a difficult time. We could not have done it without them.Hands down, this is the BEST Elder Care law firm in the entire state of Florida and we are so lucky and appreciative we found them! read more

This is my first written review for anyone. I felt it necessary to write this because of the exceptional service that my family and I received from Michaelangelo and his outstanding staff!
