Not only did they provide a quote 2 days later than they committed to, they addressed the quote to the wrong couple getting married and the wrong flowers we discussed. We have an elderly loved one in a nursing home in Grove. At 94 and in constant pain she badly needed her spirits lifted. She always had her house filled with plants and loves flowers. With that information, Kim designed the most beautiful dish garden with live plants and red roses in various stages of bloom, and worked in our friends favorite colors. Kim texted us a photo of the flowers before they were delivered. Within two hours her flowers were delivered and we had a call telling us how beautiful they were!! Extreamly disappointed by the lack of quality and unprofessional response to unsatisfied customer. Be very cautious if you risk doing business with this so called florist. They project images on the website that do not represent what you will receive. If you are unsatisfied, the owner tells you "thats not our photo" and doesn't even know what you purchased and from what photo. 100% total joke. Just because you put a few flower in a vase, doesn't make you a florist. The owner obviously does not know what she is doing and has zero customer service skills. She needs to be working at McDonalds arranging fries in a cardboard cup and being rude to drive thru customers. I would give The Rusty Willow a -5 if it was a choice. To call this florist disappointing is being nice. My daughter just had a wedding in Grove and selected this florist due to a recommendation from a local relative. Out of everyone we did business with in Grove, this is the only one I reviewed under 4 stars, and almost all were 5 stars. Not this florist though. What a joke. I paid $150 for a very nice cascading bouquet, which is a significant price increase from the standard bunch bouquet. What I got was a slapped together bouquet with odds and ends, not in the least bit the wonderful cascading bouquet we paid for. Why? Well because when we showed up to pick up the bouquet hours before the wedding Kim said she had never heard of us or our order. She took half an hour to find our credit card payment. Even though we stood there forwarding the emails we sent back and forth she tried to charge us again, and kept repeating I don't remember you. In the end she rushed a bouquet together which looked nothing like what we ordered, though it did have the same general colors. Did she offer any apology? Nope. Any offer of a discount since we did not get the upgrades we paid for, and the time we spent waiting for her to find our payment, and "create" a bouquet from scraps? Nope. Stay away from this florist...far away. read more

Do not use this florist!!! My mom ordered flowers for her dear friend who is in the ICU. She asked that the flowers be tall enough that she could see them from the window. This place did a crappy arrangement with some vines that were sort of tall. They said it would be $60 to make a taller arrangement. We just checked today and she was charged $80. When my mom called, they said it was "taxes and delivery charges" which they NEVER mentioned on the phone. She specifically went with a local florist instead of using an online service, but won't make that mistake again!! No wonder people are going to online places when local shops are so shady!!!! read more
