I asked if they could please throw something together and she flat out said no! I do not understand why for she gave no reason. . When I inquired about getting my refund they hung up on me! I tried to call them back and they hung up on me again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! To leave someone hanging for a funeral is just bad business!!!!! Now there is no time to order through someone else in my family member will have no flowers for their service. Worst experience and customer service I have ever run into in my life!!!!
