I live on the West Coast and needed something sent to my 91 year old, Marine Veteran Dad who is a permanent resident of a long term facility. I needed something bright and fun that his eyes could follow (since he suffers from dementia). The shops owner said she was short handed that day but would handle my order personally. She texted me pictures of every balloon she had and I picked the ones I wanted. Made it so easy! She also delivered it to him herself and arranged them in his room for perfect viewing! Above and beyond kind! Thank you so much, you made his day!

The day of the delivery I called last minute and asked if I could get a photo of the flowers before they were delivered and then didn't even blink. About half a hour later I got a text with a photo. So cute! The lady I sent them to texted me at 2pm and said she couldn't believe I sent her flowers. She loved them. I also got a confirmation email that they were delivered and who accepted them. Overall a great experience. I hope to find many reasons to use this shop in the future. I wish all flower shops were this good. Thank you for great service.

Tracy and the team are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, and they always provide photos once the arrangements have been placed--something I greatly appreciate given the distance. The arrangements themselves are outstanding--beautifully done and clearly prepared with care. Just as importantly, the level of service and expertise provided makes the entire experience seamless and reassuring. I consistently feel that I receive excellent value for what I spend, both in the quality of the arrangements and the professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking thoughtful, reliable floral services.

They were so nice and even threw in one or two extra things for us. I think they could tell we were excited about the holidays. They were also good about explaining the array of fireworks they had. I really appreciated how they were fairly honest when they thought something we asked about may not be what we were looking for. In other words, they didn't just try to sell us any and everything. Stuff like that goes a LONGGG way to me. We ended up with a nice bag of goodies (including my favorite- sparklers!!!) for tomorrow. We may even test some tonight and go get a few more things before all is said and done. Overall just nice people with a good selection of fireworks. Pretty good price too. You can find them in the parking lot of the dollar store.
