When we picked up our custom table, I was terribly disappointed and even concerned the legs might break off when loading onto the truck. Several screws are sticking out up to 1/4" and it honestly looks more like a work bench than a kitchen table. "Rustic" should at least be functional and charming. This is neither. read more

If I could give this no stars, I would. I bought a table with a bench right before Thanksgiving. Got it home, and the whole top was warped and so was one of the benches. I paid over 900.00 for it, and when I reached out, he said that is why it was discounted. No, where any any post to me or on his site did it say it was discounted. The next week he had a holiday sale. Now that it is warm outside, we took the whole top off to see the damage. And we are having to redo the whole top. I reached out to him and asked the stain color, stating that we were having to replace the whole top due to the warp... and he did not say anything but the stain color. read more

Avoid these scam artists. They have over 20 listed farmhouse tables & benches to "pre order" and promised a month to build our table. On the date promised I asked where to pick it up at, only to be told the builder fell and got hurt so it'll be 2 more weeks. I messaged her after 2 more weeks and now a toe needs to be amputated... with it being over 2 months, I requested a refund and Meghan says she'll take care of it. My credit card showed a pending refund for 4 days and then the credit disappeared because the seller reversed the refund. I ended up contacting my cc company and initiating a reverse charge on them. Oh and ps, they delete the item on marketplace so you can't leave a bad review for them. read more

If I could give them a zero, I would. We ordered a table from Rustic Rooster. We were told it would take 9 weeks, it took a little over 10 and they were still putting it together when I arrived to pick it up. The workmanship and quality is awful. When we got it home we scooted it across our floor and it left a huge, deep scratch. Flipped it over and there were large screws sticking out all over. I contacted them letting them know this happened. She said, most people put pads on the bottom. That would have been nice to know ahead of time so our floors weren't ruined. I asked her if we could return our table because the quality was awful. She refused. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Bought an "antique" coffee table listed for $85 but she took $75 which I felt grateful for at the time. BUT not one day that we had it the latex paint that they coated on it started peeling from a cup of water that was left on it for a couple hours. That's ridiculous! They didn't even strip the varnish on the original table. $75?! Hell no. What a crock. Check the furniture finishes before you buy! read more

Great prices, great location. Cute decor. They have both nix nacks and large furniture. A must see after the wineries. If you like antiques. I just wish they had more pink cherry blossom depression glass. (Kind of a collector/hoarder) The staff is helpful and friendly. I love small towns like these. read more

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. This shop made me the most horrible quality tables I've ever seen. They also say 'custom' and they don't actually follow what you want. I had my console table and coffee table remade and they still turned out poorly even the second time. The second time they stained the bottom shelf brown when I had requested it to be white. At this point I was absolutely done with them so I took them. They had awful customer service. They wouldn't give me a refund. If you're going to have a no refund policy then make a better product! I now have 3 poorly made pieces of furniture that a friend is completing striping and taking apart to remake them up to quality. Some of the issues included: the console table leaned to one side, the legs on the dining table were bowing, the coffee table rocked, there was no sanding done on anything so you'd get a sliver just touching it, the paint job was sloppy, you can see through the top boards of tables to the floor. It's obvious they are lazy and just don't know much about woodworking. They cut corners to throw together these tables. I waited several months to get these tables and was so disappointed. I don't know how this place continues to be in business selling these tables. read more

I bought a farm table and coffee table. They had a wait list of about 8 weeks. Based on that we assumed the quality would be good. Not so! They used construction grade lumber that's now splitting; the table legs are wobbling. The cross pieces on the end of the table top are moving. The coffee table was poorly made in that the x-braces didn't match and looked horrible! Luckily we have a good friend that was willing to fix them! I would not recommend purchasing from them. read more

I really like the aesthetic of the custom farm table/benches and coffee table we bought but the quality is SORELY lacking. The only quality wood they used was for the top of the table, everything else is crap wood. It's insanely heavy to lift and I don't know what they used to paint it with (we asked for a stained top and white base) but it's awful. Very sticky. The craftsmanship of the build is terrible too. They didn't have the detailed pieces square to the rest of the piece and it was put together with glue and nails instead of at least drilled holes and nails never mind a tongue and groove. I feel terrible for the family members that bought us these items as housewarming gifts. Complete waste of money. Please don't buy at the current price. It's not worth it. read more

When into the Rustic Rooster and liked a dresser there but needed it in white, they said they could paint it and deliver for $250.00 I had to sell my cedar chest first and when it sold I would be back. I went back the next day to pay for the dresser and to show the color I wanted and that I wanted it lightly distress and didn't mind if a little of the back showed through the distressing. 1 week later they delivered the dresser to my home, I thanked them and they left...as I was lining the drawers I noticed how badly the paint job was with lumps and bumps where the paint had dried and a lot of areas not painted, a very sloppy job , also the the bottom metal slider was broken...contacted the owner and told her I was very disappointed in the job that was done and sorta got the run around and excuses like handpainting isn't going to be perfect like spray painting..she said bring it back and they will repaint or I can have a $250 store credit..I have no way to bring it back and didn't want a credit..so asked for a $75 refund and I will repaint it..she said she could make it $60 and I told her I guess I have to except that and they need to hire a new furniture painter..well then she said she was going to stick with the (all sales final) printed on the receipt because I was rude. Any store owner should be ashamed of sending something like this out the door and then act like I was the one in the wrong. Wish i could post the pictures here... I will never shop at that store again and will tell everyone and show everyone the pictures of the kind of product and the kind of service this store provides. read more
