I went on yelp and found Avila Styles, which was right around the corner from the hotel I am staying in. I am only off on weekends, so trying to find an appointment was rather difficult, because they were booked out pretty far. Fortunately, there was a cancelation and i snagged a spot with Wyatt. Wyatt was outgoing, professional, and gave me a great haircut and beard trim. Great service over all, and if im still in the area when i need another clean up... ill be back.

By far the worst pedicure I have ever had and a complete waste of fifty dollars…read more I went in on Christmas Eve for a last minute pedicure. The salon was empty and smelled absolutely horrible, like something spoiled. That alone should have been a red flag. The pedicure itself was lazy and poorly done. My cuticles were barely touched and everything felt rushed and careless. Then came the polish. The first polish was thin, streaky, and sloppy, spilling into my cuticles. I politely pointed out that something was wrong with it. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they grabbed another polish that was only slightly better but still bad. At one point they even suggested not painting my nails at all, which is ridiculous after paying for a pedicure. I decided to leave and move on, but the next morning on Christmas, the white polish on my toenails started turning brown. I have worn white on my toes for over fifteen years and have never had this happen. I immediately removed the polish because I was concerned about an infection. After that, I checked Google reviews and saw multiple people saying they got infections from this salon, which is extremely concerning. I tried calling several times to report what happened and request a refund and no one answered. Holiday or not, that is unacceptable. This place is dirty, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about quality or sanitation. Do not waste your money here. I will never be back.

I had even explained to this salon that I want a hairstylist similar to the Master colorist I had at Ulta. This salon lied and told me that they do have a master colorist and an experienced hairstylist. The hairstylist I got was a very young lady who only had 2 years of experience of being a hairstylist and who did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not wash my hair, properly (after putting the color on me), but then she also did not even colored all of my roots (as I had specified in my initial phone call with the salon). I had mentioned all of my concerns to this front desk lady, who was smirking and giggling silently. Nobody was concerned enough to talk to me as a paying customer and it was very obvious that they only care about getting money. The owner of the place did not talk to me, at all. There seems to be no customer care in this place. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon at all
