The shoe section we clean and orderly. My wife talked with the shoe guy (sorry did not get his name) but he asked her about what kind of support she needed. He made a few suggestions and offered to get her a pair of each to try on. While she was testing the shoes out he gave her some space to just allow her to get a feel for herself. He then stopped back and said "once your down to your two favorites, put one on each foot and test them side-by-side that way". Great suggestion but again not pushing. She picked a pair and although they were expensive, we tend to keep shoes for a long time so $150 seems worth it! Like the way they helped us and would go back again!

From the moment I made eye contact with Jake, I knew I was in a store that actually cared about customer service. I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately escorted me to each place where the clothes I needed were, looked for my size (WOW!! Thank you!), and made suggestions. I went into the dressing room and they put my name on a marker, and the girl who put me in the room went back to get me different sizes. I didn't have to hang out the door calling out for help, or assume no one would ever be there. Great job! This store has ample staff, knowledgeable staff, and courteous people from the moment you walk in the door through checkout. The value was good. I don't shop AE very often, and was so pleased to get what I needed at a good price.

They had 40%off everything and then special racks with an additional 50% off. There was even a rack with every item at $9.98. I found so many great buys for my vacation. I was able to purchase quality matching earrings for $10 as well. The best part is customer service. If you ever have a problem call and talk to the assistant manager Kristine. I had a big purchase yesterday but the clerk forgot to put the receipt in my bag. I called and talked to Kristine. She found the receipt and will make sure it gets to me!
