The servers were friendly and talkative, as many of the Irish. The chowder is think and full of delicious fish. The fried calamari was really tasty, and not greasy. The halloumi salad was also great, with a generous amount of cheese. This pub is a perfect example of the evolution of pubs in the country, serving much higher quality food than in times past. Our dessert of over cream with chocolate cake was soooo good.

The fish and chips may have been the best had on our Ireland trip! The rest of our group for a vegetable soup, garlic bread, and panini.
