This review won't be "accurate" for long as the hotel was just bought out and will be transformed into an upscale bed and breakfast according to the posters. Some stuff won't change however like the location! This town is an adorable quaint village that you could get lost in for a few days! It is a short drive from the aqueduct which is a beautiful site to see. The hotel itself was in need of some repair and our room was clean but very old so hopefully the spruce up will be perfect. They have a little car park across the street and we luckily got a spot. The hotel is walking distance of a bunch of shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful home that you can see in this town that I will review separately and while this hotel is walking distance from it, the walk is all uphill so it is a nice little hike! We ate dinner here as well and it was good but not great. The food could use a little seasoning. The server was very nice however and it was great to hear about her experience in town as she was new to the area and was excited to share the gems she had found with us. Most things in the town did close fairly early so eating at the hotel was necessary that night but I would love to try some of the other local places next time. read more
