I requested a return of two class payments after the volume of the music during class after I discovered why the sound level of the music played during the class was painful for my ears. My Apple health alert sent me a motivation that the sound level was 111 decibels. Ten minutes over 95 decibels can cause hearing loss. i have loved coming here a handful of times after attending their grand opening a while back. the studio itself is in a great location, has ample parking, and is super aesthetic and clean! the machines are amazing and there's enough space to feel like the instructor can come around and help but not too crowded either. cute cubby space is provided for your shoes and such, the lighting is great and the playlist has always been on point. Visited the Routine Pilates studio for a Thursday morning class. My friends & I were first timers, and a little nervous. The routine is my go to LAGREE / Pilates studio. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner Karen and instructor Sarina are two of my favorites.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Music is always on point. Although the workouts are great the people are not it is VERY clicky and if they don't like you it will show I was a beginner and mentioned that however I was treated very poorly BY THE OWNER. You'd expect them to be more understanding people start somewhere but no.. however some instructors were very sweet I did not just experience this one time but multiple. I had a membership for a few months but decided to leave for a few reasons. I'll start off by saying that it's a great workout, my stamina, endurance, and strength improved, but it really depends on the instructor you have. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Some are great (Rayne and Rachel were consistently great), but others not so much.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Most of them are very friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My biggest gripe and reason for leaving was the frequency in which classes started late and ended early. There were several instructors that did this, including the owner, which really turned me off. I've had classes start late even when everyone was on their machines waiting before the :30 mark. You'd think since class started 3-4 minutes late we would get our time back, but no. They would either end right on time, or even a few minutes early. If I'm paying $25 for a 45 minute class, I want my full 45 minutes. Some instructors also played the music too loud and I couldn't hear their cues. I love the music they play, but it should at least be turned down a little bit so people can hear the instructions. Their equipment is also a bit funky. The clips/carabiners on the handles constantly get twisted causing one to be way heavier than the other. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It can take a while to adjust, and one time when I was trying to fix it, the owner seemed to pass judgement and didn't come to help immediately.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a bummer. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]you walk into a beautiful lobby greeted by the kindest instructors at the front.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] in the studio, the minimalism and dim lighting is soothing, but the only soothe you will get before a killer workout! heart rates are up and all your muscles are being put to work in just 45 minutes. each instructor has their own style, but what they all have in common is they know how to put you to work! if you are new to pilates or seasoned, anyone has a spot at the routine. it's the best and most unique part of the studio. you don't feel like youre in a "beginners" box, everyone is doing the same movement, and the instructors always give great recommendations for those needing modifications. theyre all about small improvements making a big difference. in 4 classes, i already feel a difference from taking things slow and training myself, and if you have any questions the instructors are highly trained to give great feedback! highly highly recommend this studio and you'll run to join once you try. read more
