There is a coffee shop and a bar inside. You can reserve a tour of the farm. They have kitchens where chefs and restaurants can explore new menu items. They also have office space for rent. I toured the venue and paid my deposit on 8/15/2018 and made my final payment on 9/15/2018. I thought everything was set. However, I was forewarned to keep check on the venue because Mr. Williams, the owner, had a history of double booking events. I called Mr. Williams on 9/17/2018 and confirmed everything was still good for September 29. However, on Thursday, September 27, which was 2 days before my event, I received a TEXT (not a phone call) saying that I would have to reschedule my event because he screwed up and double booked. He said the other rentee booked on June 13th and I booked on August 15th. I was highly upset and disappointed because Mr. Williams, wasn't courteous or professional enough to call and because I'm two days away from my event with no venue. Invitations had already gone out, people had already been paid for services, and food had already been purchased. Thank God for a ram in the bush that came through at the last minute. I definitely would not recommend doing business with this guy. Especially since "overbooking" seems to be a pattern with him!
