They're out here rolling sushi, frying chicken, and making sandwiches like it's midday... meanwhile I'm still negotiating with my coffee. This isn't a grocery store -- it's a lifestyle choice. 10/10, would wake up early again.

I went there a few days ago to do a bottle redemption; I had a bag full of 7 bottles, but only one bottle was accepted. The rest were rejected. And all the bottles I tried putting in the machines were brands carried by Wegmans (Brisk, Vitamin Water, Snapple, etc), plus they had 5¢ deposits marked on them. I tried feeding them into the machines, but I kept repeatedly getting error messages from the machines. Customer service did squat for me except give me 5¢ for the one bottle that was accepted. Come here for groceries, but go elsewhere for bottle redemption.

I come here every now and then as it's close to my house. This Tops is just AOK. It's a short drive away, but their coffee selection is total crap. They don't even seem to have whole beans. If you need essentials, it's not a bad place to go, but ultimately I find myself going elsewhere oftentimes.

Today was my final straw with shopping a this store. I am currently 8 months pregnant and just wanted to pick a few things up after work. I proceeded to get a cart and do my shopping as normal. As I navigated around the store I was met by an employee who made a harsh comment as to the fact that I had a cart when I didn't have much in it. She then told me that if I didn't have more than 25 things in the cart then I need to put it back. I was absolutely appalled by this because 1. I am very much pregnant and enjoy using the cart to navigate the store. 2. I was only just beginning to shop and hadn't even accumulated much in my cart yet. When I reached the cashier I continued my routine of putting my items on the belt and bringing my cart around. She then put my things in the new cart but told me I wasn't allowed to take the cart because I could carry my things. Let me remind you I am 8 months pregnant and had well over 25 things in my cart. She refused to let me take my cart and told me I could take one small box. I was absolutely disgusted after these encounters with staff. I grabbed my things and left, barely able to carry it all to the car. I guess that I will have to try and find my products at different stores because I will not be returning to this one.
