What I don't like about it is that the people coming here really do drink the Kool-Aid to an extreme degree and I guess you have to be Kool-Aid-infused to give up your precious time to come to a church and hear about stuff from thousands of years ago. I mean you have to be a Kool-Aid Drinker don't you? Or something. Somebody has to drag you here perhaps, if not the Kool Aid intoxication. The Bible studies are awesome. Everyone is extremely welcoming and casual and nonjudgmental. The youth ministries are amazing, as are their leaders. This church serves the community which I love. Also I look forward to the annual women's retreat and my son looks forward to all the youth retreats. I can go on and on this is a people's church and feels like home.

They do not water-down truth nor do they talk down to the listeners. They simply teach the Bible. This church isn't here to entertain you -though the music and the messages are great. (The one I attend is for the 50+ age group at 9:30 a.m., so we can attend 11 a.m., and we love it too. It's called Open Door.) I believe their is a mid-week ministry for young adults, and there definitely is that for kids and teens.
