I have had a couple interactions with the directors of the daycare, and they are the most unprofessional, incompetent, emotionally inept group of people I have talked to in my life. There are not enough words in the English language to describe their negligence as professionals. They lack any urgency to solve parent problems & would rather let their egos decide their plan of action. In addition, the teachers they employ (minus the younger ones) for their infant class are extremely inadequate at their jobs. One of the teachers handed our child back to us famished, and soaking wet with an extremely full diaper, so full it looked like it had not been changed once that day. She even had the gall to tell us that she "does not like infants." I do appreciate the younger teachers as I feel like they do a better job but it is safe to say after what I have witnessed and experienced, I will be finding a new daycare.

My husband and I recently moved to TX and were looking for a new church home. Our first impression…read moreof Valley View Christian Church was that everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Unlike some churches we visited where the service ends and everyone immediately walks out to the parking lot, at Valley View the lobby was full of people chatting for a good long time after service. To me that meant there must be lots of opportunities to get to know other people in the church and to make friends. We have now been attending Valley View for eight months. We have enjoyed getting "plugged in" here - Valley View makes it easy! - and making our first Texan friends here. Also, we don't have kids, but VVCC has a strong children's program and youth group. Great place to get connected if you're new to the area!

My Wife (Anamariela) and I really enjoy the teaching we receive from Pastor Tim at Life Church/…read moreMundo de Fe, it's important to us that the Pastor of the Church keeps to God's Word, and Pastor Tim does an excellent job staying with God's Word. The Church is special for us because it supports our multi culture lifestyle that being my wife is Latino and I am a Black American. We are able to attend church in English or in Spanish for our spiritual enrichment, there is very good translation to support us as we learn each other's language better. Life Church/Mundo De Fe has a good community atmosphere about it, which foresters close relationships through Pastor Tim and Pastor Abigail leadership. It's a very caring Church, which comes across when you have a chance to interact with the other Pastors in the Church like Pastor Rolando and Pastor Pepe. It's a priority for Anamariela and I to be involved with a Church where the mission is about connecting souls together in Christ Jesus, and giving back to the community which Life Church/Mundo De Fe accomplishes through its outreach programs like the Soup Mobile and Celebrate Recovery. Though I have not been a member as long as my wife, we are able to get involved through leading a connection group, and serving in the Church at the connection booth. We look forward to not only growing in the Church, but utilization our calling in ministry to help the Church expand it goals and mission to connect souls to Christ Jesus and teach believers to grow in faith. If you are looking for a Church built on Faith, then Life Church/Mundo De Fe is where you can find a home to worship and grow. Mrs. Anamariela Barry Dr. Cecil E. Barry (Rev.)
