Rock Garden is absolutely beautiful to walk through. The detail of the structures are amazing and the landscaping is full of colorful flowers and greenery. It is peaceful if you need some zen time but also a great place for kids to explore.

Cute free thing to do located behind a church. Not pet friendly and not really handicap accessible if that's something you're looking for as the walkways are very skinny and rocky so you have to kind of maneuver around but they do have some benches. Don't go out of your way, but if you're in the area it's interesting and a cute little spot. Probably only a 20 minute visit max. It's interesting to see the castles out of rocks and shells and it's free.

What a find. If you love miniatures and gardens, this is a beautiful prayer garden that has lots of both. It lines a stream making the setting so peaceful. The stone buildings are donned with shells, stained-glass, and jewels. There's a replica of the Colosseum in Rome, Norte Dame, Paris-The City of Lights, a monastery, Rapunzel's tower and the bridge to no where! There are picnic tables, a swing and lots of benches to relax and reflect.

Found out about this little free peaceful gem from the gal at the Georgia Welcome Center in Ringgold. It's not fancy but a nice reprieve from traffic & worldliness. It's a quiet garden with rock creations. You don't need to be religious to enjoy this spot! There is a nice walking trail around the hill. I only made it to the bridge because it was raining. Not wheelchair accessible.

I simply love the fact that there is a beautiful majestic place in Calhoun where you can reflect in nature and Gods glory. This rock garden is just that built in church property near a running river there a perfectly styled rock castles, villages and Bruges you can actually walk across. Bring your camera or cellphone you won't be able to stop photographing every inch of this garden. Plus bring some cash , donations are encouraged once you complete the tour. The money is used to maintain any damage to the property that happens accidentally. So please, please, please donate. There are places with in the garden where yes, you can sit and enjoy the babbling water, birds, and insects( there are so many butterflies). Come on up to Calhoun and enjoy this beautiful fantasy land if only for a good 30 minutes or so.

This little garden in behind the Seventh Day Adventist Church. It is on this property and kept by them. It was started in 2007. The entrance is free. There are beautiful miniature bridges, castles, small towns and coliseum on the property. There are multiple seats all over the property. There goal is for you to come and relax and see the beauty of god. Donations are welcomed.

    She loved it!

Beautiful craftsmanship Little Village. Everything is beautiful except the fact of not wheelchair accessible, only from a distance.

Having our wedding at The Barn at Highpoint Farms was probably one of the best decisions we made…read more First off, I love that it is a family run business with generations of experience. They take pride in their venue and the personalized, thoughtful, and unique setting they provide. Margie has been planning weddings for years and her experience was incredibly helpful for us during the planning process as she asked questions and gave suggestions on things I never would have thought of without her! The Barn at Highpoint Farms offers SO much- first, they are a flower farm as well as a wedding venue. This means that we were able to use fresh cut flowers for our bouquets, table settings, ceremony décor, and got to take pictures in flower gardens that had the same flowers used for our wedding in them. The flowers were stunning, smelled and looked fresh, adding to the ambiance. The arrangements were well thought out and better than I could have imagined. Second, they offer some housing on site! Along with the ceremony space and the barn for the reception, there are two houses and a couple's tree house on site that you can rent for additional spaces to stay. We did a premium package where both houses and the tree house were included in our weekend. GREAT DECISION! This meant that we, plus our wedding party, had somewhere to stay Friday AND Saturday night that was right on site. Everyone commented on how much they loved that they didn't have to commute back and forth from a hotel, and that they got to enjoy the peaceful scenery of the farm all weekend. Plus no one was late or had any mishaps. We loved the venue so much that we had our rehearsal dinner there Friday night plus the wedding ceremony and reception there Saturday. It was so convenient and really reduced stress having everything in one place for the entire weekend. Finally, there is so much to do and see on the farm! It feels like a magical place, and they have done an excellent job of preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the farm. Everywhere you look there is a perfect photo opportunity, from flower gardens to old pickup trucks, to green houses and rustic barn doors. The venue has so much natural character and charm you really don't have to overdress it with décor and fluff which was a cost saver in the end. There are even horses, goats, cats, and dogs you can take pictures with offering unique photo opportunities. The two guest houses are comfy and stunningly decorated, Margie and family really have a great designer's eye, making them beautiful settings for getting ready photos as well as comfy places to stay all weekend. I could go on and on about The Barn at Highpoint Farms, but it'd be a book. Go tour the venue, you won't regret it. I highly recommend, it was the best decision we made in wedding planning.

Very accommodating! The view is stunning but Jill's ability with flowers and greenery was over the top! Everything she created (bouquets, table decor) was so very pretty. The arbor she decorated at the front of the aisle took my breath away and made a beautiful background for the pictures. Our guests loved the baby goats and the bonfire/corn hole area. It just added to the fun and enjoyment. I highly recommend this venue to anyone!l

Prior to arrival, I spoke with the front desk and clearly communicated my needs: a king suite, ideally a two-room setup so I could have a private space for early-morning work calls, and placement on the fourth floor at the end of the hallway, away from noise and foot traffic. These are reasonable requests for someone traveling for work who needs consistent quiet and privacy to be effective in their role. Instead, when I attempted to complete the virtual check-in, I discovered I had been moved to a two-queen suite--a room type I did not book or approve. When I asked why, I was told the hotel had overbooked. That is not my responsibility, and it is unacceptable that I was penalized for the hotel's mismanagement. After voicing my concerns, I was placed in a handicap room on the first floor, which I did not request and specifically hoped to avoid. I do not require an accessibility room, and I prefer not to occupy one out of respect for those who genuinely need them. Additionally, being placed on the first floor disregarded the noise-related concerns I had already communicated. I was assured that if I returned after 3 PM, I would be moved to a standard king suite on a higher floor. After a long day of work, I returned to the front desk only to find that absolutely nothing had been done. Despite being told that staff had been informed of my situation, no room was held for me, and all king suites were now "unavailable." Meanwhile, online availability suggested otherwise. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and urgency from the staff was incredibly frustrating. Their nonchalant attitude and complete disregard for what I had requested showed a disappointing absence of customer care and operational organization. At this point, I am looking into leaving tonight and moving to a Marriott property, because regardless of availability, I will not be staying at this location again. As a business traveler who values professionalism, reliability, and basic follow-through, this experience fell far below expectations. Based on this stay, I strongly recommend that anyone considering a hotel in Calhoun avoid this Home2 Suites location. The lack of coordination, communication, and care for guests' needs speaks for itself.
