That also included a donut and apple cider after the maze. It was very well organized and they had people directing traffic to park. They had a trailer to buy tickets or present your Groupon, 2 separate lines so it went very quickly. We were given bracelets and were directed to the maze. Before going I read it normally takes about an hour and a half to complete the maze. It was a cool night and many people were arriving to enjoy the maze. We walked around and around for quite a while which is the whole idea. There were some muddy patches since it rained a little in the morning so after I slid in the mud one time I was more careful about where I was stepping. I felt like we were walking in circles and there are no clues or hints to direct you and unfortunately some people pulled down the tapes that mark off the paths so that made it more confusing. After about an hour and a half I was ready to get out of there. Unfortunately we never found the exit but instead made our way back to the entrance. We collected our donuts and cider and called it a night... Not a bad evening and a nice change from the dinner and a movie routine. I just think I'm better suited for the day time maze next time. Staff was very nice and friendly definitely recommend.

From start to finish it was such a fun adventure! You're able to grab a bucket and literally walk the endless rows of beautiful tulips and pick as many as you'd like to your hearts desire. I had no idea there were so many different types of tulips. My bf and I really enjoyed learning this and also learning how to properly "pick" a tulip in order to transport them home without there being any wilting or withering. The weather actually made the experience that much more memorable in my opinion and provided quite a beautiful back drop given the contrasting colors to the grey and white sky. There were a nice selection of food trucks there as well so we grabbed empanadas and lemonade before round two of picking flowers and admiring mother natures beauty. Once we got the tulips home we followed instructions on how to properly clip and keep them watered and within minutes the tulips began to blossom :) The two vases we filled brightened our space and made us begin to plan our next visit ... with a plan on how we'd be more strategic in picking groups of colors and different heights lol. Highly recommend visiting them!

Having only one day with the family we wanted to get outdoors and enjoy some fall activities, despite the rain. Know that this is a farm and there is no coverage so come prepared in bad weather. If the weather is excessively bad, they will close. Check social media and the website before making the trek to be certain they are open. I took one star off because of the costs here. Understanding that this is probably the most profitable season for the farm tourist industry, I felt there could be more bundled deals and children's pricing to reduce the costs. Each activity was $7 per ticket and the live animal petting section was $8. Within minutes of walking in we spent $70 all cash for 5 tickets for a hayride and 5 tickets to the corn maze. The maze was just past the pumpkin patch and a short walk past a dirt tilled road. It's fun for a group of adults in their 30s but can be a bit challenging for young kids. It's also not friendly for those with physical disabilities. If you have difficulty walking past heavy dirt or are in a wheelchair, I'd skip this. My four year old nephew was getting tired by the end, but was excited by a random half peeled corn cob or debris on the paths. It probably took us about 25 minutes to find the exit getting turned around a few times to restart our tracks. After the maze we headed to the tractor hayride. The tractor was not on a schedule and left whenever a group arrived, since it was raining that meant the 5 of us hopped on and got a private tour around the field and maze. A sign posted on the ride said to look out for painted rocks and seashells along the property. Once there was a competitive element my 6 year old nephew was extremely motivated. Unfortunately, the rain started to pick up and there was no coverage. We opened our umbrellas which worked well for us. I'd recommend bringing yours along if it looks like rain. Spotting rocks and seashells was very challenging in the rain, but at the end our driver told us not to be dismayed. He even gave us a tip from the owner on where to look for the painted rocks and shells. After the ride, we set off in different directions. My sister in law went on a hunt for the painted shells, while I took my older nephew to go pet the goats. This was $8 for him and the goats and sheep were very excited to have a little visitor come say hello. My nephew was doubly surprised to find some rabbits which he had talked about and hoped would be in the property our entire ride over. Doubly exciting, the rabbits were for sale! Prices ranged from $25-$45. We convinced my nephew though that his golden retriever would need time to have a rabbit share space at home...looking eerily too similar to his chew toys. The goats and sheep were very cute and served as a helpful distraction from the rabbits. The pigs inside were skittish when my nephew approached them but the sheep and goats were more than happy to get a petting. A few moments before heading out, my sister in law came over and surprised my older nephew with a painted seashell! He bravely walked over with me to hand in his shell to see what the prize was. The staff member pointed to an area and said we could choose any pumpkin from that section. My younger nephew picked out an orange mini pumpkin and the older picked one to match. We paid an additional $2 for the mini-pumpkin and while at the counter my younger nephew spotted an Apple cider donut for $2. The boys split the donut and left happy with their mini pumpkins in hand. What you don't spend in foods or products from this farm, you will spend it on activities.

This place is a REAL farm, operating since 1860, and is simply magical. You will find only the most wonderfully friendly staff, the most sincere pumpkin patch that Linus would be proud of, and a memorable day outside in the beauty of nature and what makes farm life, farm life. For $5 per person, you are covered for a hay ride to and from the pumpkin patch. A REAL pumpkin patch; not just pumpkin purchased and thrown in a field with straw. Like, maybe bring a small knife to cut these babies free to take home with you! The ride around was super cute with how they decorated the property (I won't completely spoil it for you!) and allowed you to take in the little changes in fall foliage peeking out. For $8 per person, you get access to pick your own flowers for $1 per sunflower and $0.50 per other flower variations, as well as a corn pit, tractor tire tower, obstacle course, basketball hoops, slides, and more. Our 4 year old absolutely had a BALL in the corn kernel pit and the slides really tested his bravery. You could tell the vibe was less about posing for the most perfect photo and more about just being together with family and friends. The two food trucks on location had responsibly prices pork rolls, hot dogs, apple cider donuts and drinks, whereas if you wanted to splurge and be a foodie, they had a BBQ food truck as well. Again, wonderfully friendly staff and the hot dogs have been approved by my toddler. Cash is much appreciated here, even though they do accept credit cards. It was fairly easy to find though going there, my map told me to go down a treacherous gravel road which I wasn't terribly fond of. They have a moderately sized parking lot and you'll see this large, red barn. That's where you get your goodies (there's often a line) and where their store is. We stopped by for a treat first. They sell ice cream, cider floats, and what is a "TikTok famous" coffee float with donut. We got: Cider ($4) - I didn't actually drink this. I got it for my kid with food allergies. He wanted ice cream but they do not know if the ice cream they use contains eggs or not so we played it safe. My kid thought it was okay but finally finished it later. He typically prefers regular apple juice. Cider float with donut - you have a choice of no donut for $2 less. It's like a root beer float but with cider instead of root beer, black and orange sprinkles around the time of the cup, whipped cream, and a powdered cider donut over it all. I shared this with my daughter. That donut was delicious! Warm, tender, and crisp on the outside. The drink was great! I do wish it came with a spoon because it got difficult finishing the last of it. Warning: if you have one of these, the bees are coming for you. They use some sort of caramel-like sauce to get the sprinkles to stick. Overall, quite good. Maple cider donut ($3): my sister got this and she said it was amazing, but she said she thought $3 was a bit much (the unglazed donuts are $1.25 each). She's vegan, so didn't partake in the float, but she also wasn't going to ask if there's milk in the donut. If you're getting only donuts, they are purchased in the store. They have tables and chairs nearby for you to picnic and enjoy your treats. Going through the gates, there was a table but they were busy with other people so we walked right in. There is no entrance fee, which was nice. You go through the apple orchard first. It seems like most of the apples have been picked through, though there are a lot of developing apples. Some of the nicer ones were way too tall for us; they don't provide ladders. We only managed to find one that looked nice. At the end, there used to be a sunflower field and the corn maze. It's epic but you don't know how formidable until you're past the point of return and realize it's not a kids maze. We were in there for a while! Even met other kids that thought they'd be lost forever. The corn stalks are taller than a human and they're pretty dense so you can't look over or through them. It's a true maze and I was impressed. I wish they would provide a paper maze puzzle of the corn maze because I'm so curious how it is from above. Lots of dead ends. What I can say is don't lose hope. You'll get there! (When we finally found the exit, it was almost like a dream because we had been staring at corn for so long.) In hindsight, it was good we ate something first. Once done, we explored the sunflowers and saw the pumpkin patch. As we headed out, we went to pay for our lone apple and we discovered THE CORN MAZE IS NOT FREE. It's $10 per adult and $5 per kid. They charged us $1 for the single apple. I guess they work on the honor system? I didn't mind much because that maze clearly took planning. Before we left, we visited the store full of baked goodies. I got a few cider donuts, a dumpling, and a piece of crumb cake because they just brought out a fresh tray. Plus a lattice harvest pie. The pies with crumble aren't vegan, but the lattice pies are made of vegetable shortening. Restrooms! They have a row of port-a-potties by the parking lot. They're actually the cleanest ones I've been to before. No sinks but they do have a dispenser of antibacterial hand gel. The openings are a bit large so if your kid needs to use the toilets, hold onto them. Overall, it was quite enjoyable and I definitely think everyone should go through a corn maze of this caliber at least once in their life. The apple pickings were sparse but at least you get delicious floats and donuts! Note: they have gluten free goodies in the store but they are nut based (almond flour). They also had one gluten free-vegan item.

We went on a Tuesday morning, and from the moment we pulled in, it was a great experience. When you arrive, they ask how many bags you want, give you big plastic bags, and then you're off to pick your own produce. We decided to pick collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, sweet potatoes, and a few peppers. Some items were out of season, so we bought those inside the market instead. Inside, we grabbed garlic, tomatoes, scallions, apples, onions, and a bottle of peach cider which I highly recommend! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The workers were all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can drive around the farm, park your car to the side, and pick whatever you need. When you're done, you stop at the booth, unload your items to be weighed, and pay there. They accept both cash and all major credit cards. A few tips: wear old clothes and shoes, and definitely don't get your car washed before going because everything gets dusty! I also saw a few people using scissors or knives to cut their vegetables, which is a smart idea, though we picked ours by hand. After getting home, cleaning everything, and cooking up the greens for dinner, I have to say they were the best greens I've ever had in my life. Farm-to-table food truly hits different. The prices were very fair and much cheaper than the supermarket & the quality was unbeatable. I highly recommend visiting this farm for some fresh, nutritious produce to feed your family.
