It's an easy walk from anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District, on the banks of the river near the cruise ship and ferry terminals. It is pretty straight forward, but the general population likes to make things difficult. This is fairly new (within the last 5 years or so), and is a better use of the area than what was here before. It is so easy to park, as all of the stores are within a short walking distance. I would suggest shopping here during the week as the weekends can be hectic, as well as the major holiday shopping times (or back to school times). The stores in this strip mall are major national chains, but just not easily accessible for driving or finding a parking spot. Go to the suburbs where the parking lots are larger.
