I found a home 2 days prior to a 3-week international vacation. The team was flexible and patient, communicating all actions required via e-mail and when I did have service were always available to take a call. I don't think they sleep! All jokes aside, I received a detailed timeline with expectations and constant updates of what had been completed, what is currently pending/in progress and upcoming actions required. The best part in my opinion though, was how they can bring down realtor jargon to a level I could understand. I asked a ton of questions and they were always quick with an answer and shared it in a way I could completely comprehend. I have already and will continue to recommend CalzaCo to friends and family. Check them out, you won't regret it!

I reached out to Sonia Bonilla at My Home Group/TKay Group; we live in the same neighborhood, and had briefly met months before as she walked the neighborhood and gave out her business information. Within a few days we convened with Sonia along with Tina Valiant. They understood our needs, provided advice on preparing our home for showing, and kept us informed as the home-selling process began. We knew the market was beginning a downturn; they didn't offer us any pie-in-the-sky stuff, just lots of solid advice and optimism. Our home went on the market on a Friday, followed by an open house on both Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, we had an offer! This felt like a miracle, in all truth. Sonia stayed in regular contact with us through the next weeks as the process continued, mediating with the buyers' realtor and helping us to arrange some repairs. The sale wrapped up in about a month. We're incredibly grateful to Sonia for her kindness and business savvy.

Purchasing a home in the Phoenix market can be complicated for a seasoned buyer--let alone first-time buyers. Despite all of the great on-line home-buying information and real estate listings, we quickly found that there is no substitute for a great real estate agent. My wife and I would need help if we were going to make it through this process with our sanity and pocketbooks in-tact. After vetting many real estate agents, we reached out to the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), and they referred us to Ken Reid at Buyer's Broker of Arizona. After my first conversation with Ken, I knew we were talking to our agent. Ken Reid's great interpersonal skills and his extensive industry knowledge proved invaluable throughout the entire process. When it was time to search, he configured a web portal tailor-made to our needs that filtered wheat from the chaff in the volatile Phoenix housing market. When it came to visiting homes, Ken and his agent Mary Ann would meet us nigh anytime to provide insightful context to the house we were seeing. When we were placing offers, he helped us negotiate competitive contracts that were always in our best interests. And once we were on the road to closure, Ken ensured that no obstacle stood between us and a home that would make us happy. We closed on a wonderful home last week, and although the road hasn't been easy, I am convinced that our success is due in large part to Ken Reid's broad shoulders and passion for his clients. Thank you, Ken Reid & Buyer's Broker of Arizona!

Whether being thwarted by cash investors or disillusioned by seeing homes that looked good on paper only to have major problems structurally, Ken made sure I kept on track in diligently looking for an ideal property. We then discovered the Move-In Ready program offered by the City of Phoenix and found a home that I could afford and met my needs. In all of his years as an agent, he told me this home had the best value he'd ever seen for the money and that I'd never find a deal this good. He was right; I've lived here over 2 years and couldn't be more pleased with the home and Ken's outstanding service.

Because the air would not go below °79 degrees she called my company, Rescue One. She claimed that she was my property manager, gave them her email and said that it was an emergency. At the time I was in the middle of a Dr. appointment. This caused a series of events that cost me additional money to replace a minor valve. Confidentiality and ethics were breached and though no law was broken ( I don't think so anyhow) I would stay away from this company and this especially this agent.

We weren't going to move in until August so I'm not sure what the urgency to sign the lease that day was. I called her and said I will not sign the lease and she was extremely rude to me and my bf, saying we don't meet the qualifications and that her daughter said she shouldn't rent to us. I asked her why she sent us the lease and approved us for the home if she didn't want to rent to us. Then she told us someone else gave the deposit and they are taking the house. She didn't tell us any of this, she was waiting for us to send the money so she could pocket it and give the house to someone else. And now the house is still on the market. Joan is a liar, a scammer, and I'm so happy we did not trust her!
