From the very beginning, he hasn't just been a real estate agent; he has been a true blessing. The process of buying a home can be daunting, but Hector made it feel manageable, and dare I say, achievable. He was there for me at every single turn--constantly calling, texting, and meticulously setting up appointments. He handled the heavy lifting, doing all the site visits and asking the tough questions that I might have forgotten to think about. He didn't just want me to buy a house; he wanted to make sure he was doing the absolute best for me. My search was extensive--I must have viewed over 100 homes before finding "the one." Throughout every single viewing, whether it was early in the morning or late into the evening, regardless of the day of the week, Hector was right there with me. When the inevitable frustration set in and I felt like throwing in the towel, he was my rock. He offered the support I needed to keep my head up and the gentle push to keep going. Hector is, quite simply, the best of the best. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, choosing him as your agent is a decision you will never regret. You will feel blessed to have him in your corner, just as I do. Hector, thank you for your patience, your expertise, and your unwavering kindness. If you are looking for an agent who will put your needs first, Hector is the guy! He was also our loan officer too and helped us look for the lowest interest rate available in this volatile market. Hector went above and beyond my expectations. He would go to the open houses with me every time whenever I showed interest in a new house. If I really liked the house, Hector would even go to the house on a separate occasion to help gauge the situation. He was also in good communication with the seller's agents too, which is a great perk! Whenever I had questions about the process, Hector willingly explained everything and addressed all of my concerns. With Hector's expertise and knowledge, we were able to close on our house! If you are new to the housing market, I highly recommend reaching out to Curiel Homes. I am forever grateful that I was able to work with Hector and his amazing team.

Today we officially closed on our home, and it's difficult to put into words how much this moment means to our family. This wasn't just another home purchase for us. This is the home I grew up in, the home I was brought home to as a baby, and now the home where my husband and I have brought our own son home. Being able to keep this home in our family and continue creating memories here for another generation is incredibly special, and Richmond Kodua and Joshua Willis played such an important part in making that possible. Our journey to closing wasn't always easy or straightforward, but Richmond and Joshua stayed committed to us and to getting the deal done. Joshua was there throughout the day-to-day process, answering our many questions, keeping us informed, and reassuring us during the moments when the process felt overwhelming. Richmond continued working behind the scenes, navigating the challenges and helping move our loan toward the finish line. What we appreciated most was that when obstacles came up, they continued looking for solutions. Their patience, persistence, communication, and dedication never went unnoticed. Today, we aren't just celebrating becoming homeowners--we're celebrating being able to preserve a piece of our family history and continue it with our son. Richmond and Joshua, thank you for helping us reach a milestone that means more to our family than you could possibly know. We are incredibly grateful for everything you did to help us finally say: we closed! This one would be especially beautiful as a Google or Zillow review because it tells prospective clients why their persistence mattered, rather than just saying they did a great job.
