While the price point isn't the most readily accessible for average minded consumers, the ROI is worth it for anyone unwilling to settle for average or "cookie-cutter" results. Formative comments for this company: consider offering a bit more personalization on the backend for revision after the profile has "gone-live" as some need for revisions may not be discovered until after the LinkedIn profile is online. I understand how busy it can get in a staffing agency, I've managed 2 offices in two of the busiest markets in Florida. I understand that sometimes people might slip from being called or emailed. However, if you receive a follow up e-mail from the person who you interviewed, not once, not twice but three times within a span of 3 weeks, and not one single reply. That just means you don't care, I'm just a number to you. A resource to get your numbers up and filled. I am not angry that I didn't get the position, it happens, it won't be the first or last time I get turned down from a position. With that said, I do expect a call or an email stating so. As recruiters we have forgotten the human aspect of HR, and just utilize the resource portion. 'Will this person be a resource to me?' It's truly sad. I made a point that I contacted ALL my temps and prospects, why? Keep my talent pool full and engaged. To this company I was just a number, and I would NEVER recommend them to a friend or family. Take a look at the pictures and you'll see they have such a phenomenal set up that is RARE! They are super well prepared to handle a variety of issues in children. The team is large. They have 13 therapists that are all professional level counselors. They have graduate student, registered interns (post graduate school experience), and licensed professionals. As a matter of fact, Cynthia Wanberg, is a supervisor for other potential play therapists that are wanting to get fully credentialed in play therapy! Wow. This place is impressive and from my understanding is continuing to grow and expand. They do also work with adults, they have testing and assessment, family counseling and children and family services. I know some of the therapists do take Medicaid too. I'm not sure about other insurance carriers. You'd have to call to find out. If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a try!!
