The only thing…read morethat I don't like so far is there's roofing nails all over my front yard, sides and back yard right along the house and I keep getting then stuck in my shoes/sandals because there are scattered along the grass. I'm worried someone will get hurt. Other than the roofers nails there was a small opening in a very tight corner of the ventilation planks underneath the roof, so an animal could've got in or bugs? But I didn't see anything so hopefully everything is good because I climbed up and closed it as best as I could. But anyways roof look great Brand Spank'n new and awesome!!!! I rate them as a 100% even though some small minor issues and an A+. Those workers are very hard workers and do great. The only thing I recommend it getting like a net or bucket catcher to put along the side of the roof so those nails don't fall to the ground and someone step on it and get hurt. Anyways thank you Roof Smart, and Amazing Job!!! :)

All this was from damage done in Ian. From day 1, until completion, the men were so clean and careful about how they removed the old roof and installed the new one. They scanned for nails that may have come out in my yard twice! The roof passed through the county inspection first time and the inspector said they did "great work" and he had NEVER had any issues. In addition to the great work, the price was great also. No one beat their prices and more importantly they have been here in Lee County for 20+ years so you only have to call them if you have any issues. They were recommended to me by a friend that used them and I am passing on the same great recommendation.

My husband and I had a roof leak coming through our recessed lighting during a hard rain. That was almost one month ago and Noel, from Lloyd Roofing was recommended by two of my neighbors. Would you believe they completed the job ahead of schedule? How often does that happen?? Needless to say, this is who you should hire if you have a roof issue. The crew is hard working showing up for a 12 hour day and cleans up at the end of each day, not leaving a mess during the process. I'm so impressed!
