Total cost paid was $6,000 less than estimates I received from other outfits who basically pulled site documents and emailed estimates in. I chose them because of this level of service and the fact that a friend in Punta Gorda highly recommended them. I recommend them, too. P.S.: the roof held perfectly during hurricane Ian.

When I called, Chad fully explained the soft wash process for roofing and his services. He includes brightening the gutters when he cleans a roof. His estimate arrived promptly. I received a confirming email the day before the appointment. Chad was running a bit late, and called to let me know. When he arrived, he described what he would be doing, based on roof condition. He worked steadily all day, with additional attention to the worst spots. End result: the roof looks like new and the gutters are now bright white. While he was here, I also had him clean out gutters from Irma debris and the pads for the HVAC units and pool heater. We are pleased with his service and will definitely use Snappy Pro again.

Contract negotiations between us and Saint Raphael's Fernando Lugones were very pleasant and the project began with the removal of all tiles and gutters, and the removal and replacement of underlayment from our roof. The procedures were conducted professionally and quickly by the Saint Raphael team. Upon arrival of the tiles, the Saint Raphael tile team installed all tiles in a very neat and professional manner. Subsequent to that, the Saint Raphael team installed new gutters quickly and very neatly. We are very impressed in the way Saint Raphael organized the work required, how well it was done, and we have never seen a work site kept in such neat condition throughout the job. I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the services they can provide.

Roof Job took too long but it was due to (1) ordering the wrong color drip edges, (2) acquisition by parent (Apple Roofing) was executed after 1/1/24 but permits were issued prior so they had to get re-licensed and re-permitted with the County, which created a delay they should have planned better for. The gutter job was quick and easy. Took one day and a half. Overall....Very pleased with the finished project - Roof & Gutters. Would recommend both services without reservation.

Out of these 4 roofers, Hernan from J & H roofing explained the situation the best. He spent a lot of time talking to me and making sure that I knew exactly what they were doing. Not only that, the bid he gave me was the best price. When the job was finished, they also discovered they had to change some of the asphalt roofing. This was never on the original bid he gave me. The incredible thing is he didn't even charge to me to change the asphalt roofing. Also, because I am an out of state property owner, I had to use my property manager to pay them. My property manager required that all contractor be licensed and insured. Hernan provided me his license and insurance. (LICENSE CCC 1328090) Now he is an approved vendor for my property manager and they already hired him for other jobs. On top of all this, he gave me a written 3 year warranty on his work.

That resulted in water above the vent to run into the attic. *They did a tear off and much of the debris fell into flower beds and killed several plants. *For weeks after completion nails were found in the lawn, resulting in three flat tires for my lawn maintenance man's tractor. *Martineau refused to go on the roof until after final inspection. There were problems I wanted to show him. *I talked to the inspector and showed him my concerns. This resulted in a one month delay, as the roof failed inspection three different times. *The material used as tucking did not match the tile. Each batch they made was a different color. The whole look of the roof ended up looking like a patchwork. *I did not approve of the owners language. *He refused to compensate my lawn maintenance man for tire replacement. * I would never wish to use DR Martineau for any type of work.

International Roofing Performance Review International…read moreRoofing replaced the roof on our home and a separate garage in Lake Worth Beach, FL in March, 2022. The material used was "architectural" asphalt shingles. A contractor associated with International Roofing replaced our gutters and downspouts at the same time. We selected this contractor because their bid price was within range of the bids we received from several other contractors and because International exhibited a clear understanding of the job requirements and provided evidence of satisfactory similar work performed for other customers. In particular, International's very knowledgeable salesperson came to our home, took measurements, inspected the site listened carefully to our concerns and asked pertinent questions. We were invited to view work in progress being performed by International on another home in a nearby community before making a commitment. We were not disappointed. All work was performed on schedule. The finished roof looks just as it should. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each working day. In particular, our experience with another roofing contractor years earlier at another house led us to expect a shower of tarpaper flakes and nails in the shrubbery. There was no such problem with International's work. Our property was protected and there was no disruption for us or any of our neighbors. The inevitable bits of rotted trim and roof decking on our 1947 house and 1955 garage were swiftly and efficiently replaced at no additional cost. The last-minute change order we imposed on them - upgraded flashing to accommodate a planned porch attachment - was performed without delay and at a reasonable price. We recommend International Roofing without reservation.
