I booked Susan for my Bachelorette party to come to our AirBnB. We communicated several MONTHS in…read moreadvance and I confirmed all details with her, I paid a deposit, answered all her questions and provided all the information needed. I even paid extra to have my caterers provide a space for her with a table and a schedule for the girls to visit with her. She cancelled three days prior to the event in a very short text message with no other explanation other than she was currently under the weather and wont be attending. Now with everything else I'm doing I have to re-plan and re-budget for the several hour time block I have allotted for her just DAYS before the event. This is unprofessional and has really put me out. I am disappointed and angry at the waste of time and money. I will NEVER be working with her again. I suggest caution in booking her for events. Her response to my text message expressing my disappointment and frustration that she didn't offer any kind of solution or help, keep in mind I did not curse her out or act in any way out of line aside from telling her how this has effected me: "it happens. I could come and vomit on your guests... if I could get there" - this is Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.
