There are tvs as well as some other cardio equipment. The weight room had an array of Nautilus equipment and adequate amount of free weights. The facility appeared clean and I am told tanning is free with membership. I noticed a sign for personal training offered for an additional fee. If I lived in Elgin, I would likely join Pride Fitness.

I'm not a gym rat by any means, and have never really been comfortable on the fitness scene... however, krys has helped me feel at home in the gym here! His clientele range from young kids on school sports teams, to super strong men lifting absurd amount of weights, to folks like me just trying to not be out of breath trying my shoelaces, to 80 year old young men and women who out lift people half their age! For those new to the gym scene, Krys is there to offer tailored programs to ease you into it based on your needs, fitness level, and desired outcome.
