When they changed their computer system, they stole my rewards. I was saving them for a bottle of syrup, witch is one of the few products I buy this way. One bottle costs 39$ plus tax. The rewards are a small percent of what you spend, so when they were having trouble, stressing out over having to change the system over, you know how pissy millennials get when they can't perform basic skills, so I figured I better use them now. I tried twice, one girl got all irate saying " We're working night and day to transfer your rewards, you know we're good for it." Guess what, I got ripped off. she said it was like money in the bank, and like it's my problem I want to know where the money they took from me is. I believe people who shop here haven't been to Higher Level, and seen the clean, nice store, lower prices with tax included, and nice people who have never stolen anything from me. I like this place for the selection of cartridges they have, but the customer service has brought the rating way down for me. They were busy around the time I went but you can tell they are not very friendly compared to the other spots I have been too in Monterey and Seaside. They take forever to come and get a order in and also the girl I was speaking too was a manager and she told me in her own words when I asked for a select cartridge that "We don't f** with select cartridges here.... so I left. I have to say I have came to this dispensary since it opened. I wanted to see what they had to offer that my normal dispensary didn't, and let me tell you this place is IT! From their products to the help offered by every single staff memebers! Kind, through service each time . I had ALOT of questions based on my needs for pain management, and they ALWAYS have the most courteous and friendly people here. After overhearing a conversation between a customer and an employee, they informed him respectfully that they will no longer be carrying flower brands that do not support the Black Lives Matter movement. In return the clearly agitated man said "business is business and that was a dumb mistake on your guys' part". But maybe what he doesn't recognize is business is no longer "just business". Where you spend your money is a visual representation of the things you support. And I am proud to shop at a dispensary that recognizes this as well. Was there yesterday with my sister and the lady standing at the door was really nice didn't catch her name but loved her attitude very positive. And it being our 1st time there we got 10% off our purchase. We were greeted by a young man named Micheal. He was very personable assisted us with the type of edibles we were looking for. I was stoked on this place,I even put up with there security guard who doesnt know how to check people in.He takes forever. The last time I was there we walked in looking for an indica cartridge. Nothing. So as I stood there try to get help. One woman stood behind the counter laughing joking with a co worker. She would not stop to acknowledge we needed help. So we waited another guy came out behind a door did a couple of things went back through the door never saw him.she is still at counter doing nothing but enjoying herself. Another guy helping someone else,didn't say a word not I will be with you in a minute or tell someone else to help us. So 4 employees working and we are just staring at them. Finally my husband went up to the brunette at the counter (the one having fun)and asked if they had cartridges. you guys are very lame. you said i was going to get points based on my purchases. i shopped at your store about 5 times. today i decided to see how many points i had, and you have no record of me being there. the person helping me just told me your lame company had no record of me being there. he did not offer anything in explanation. if you are scanning my id, how can you not have a record of it? i assumed this info would be going to the state government. he could have offered to research what happened, and let me know later. all i got was a"have a nice day" as i walked out the door. if you had any class you would try and get back to me. oh yes, i did sign up the first time i as there. my info has not changed at all. i've had the same name, same phone number, same address for years. have a nice day i forgot to say this is the first review i have every left on this site. have a nice day edit: i just read through the reviews and found 2 other people having the same issue i experienced.
