The caramelized onions and hatch chile gave the burger texture. The kids scarfed down their OG Skywalkers - so I know it was good. We shared an order of fries and it was a wrap! The salad with grilled chicken was also very good, and the kids fried fish was tasty as well, expect it's the same fish used for the fish tacos.
