Staff was very friendly, took roughly 15 minutes for the food, which is expected when they make it fresh and the patty isn't thin. Priced at $8, I would have paid $12.

The food truck is at The Boardwalk at Rickys' off Zaragoza across from the Oasis Lanes Bowling alley. Easy enough to find a parking spot if you want to order and go or enough seating areas in case you want to enjoy on-site. While we were there, our waitress was decent, but there were sometimes long lead times in between checkins at our table. The ambiance of this place is a little noisy with lots of TVs. It seemed a little dirty when we were there, but it was also just past 9:30pm when we arrived for a late dinner. Overall, not bad if you need to stop somewhere late.

Its hard to find shrimp tacos as an option around here and boy did they make em right! My husband stays true to his bistec tacos and he was impressed by them! The only problem was some of the meats pieces were on the dry, overly seasoned or even burned side but he was still thoroughly enjoyed them. You also get a baked potatoe with your orders which is still new to us. We had no idea how to eat it without trying to just mash up the inside with the butter they add to it and maybe some onions. It was off zaragoza in a lil food truck business complex, really easy to miss but they have lights encircling the area so you can spot the place out still. There are a handful of bench tables you can use but tonight was so cold, we stayed in our car! And the guys were kind enough to even walk our order to our car! Super nice of them! Loved how they have a lil salsa bar too for red n green salsa, guac, onions n cilantro, lime cuts. It was all delicious! We shall return!

Sorry but they were disgusting to say the least. I don't know who is writing these reviews but this place is so not 5 star worthy. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars for that matter. Let's start off with the tortillas, they are the store bought ones and apparently not the good kind. So bad in fact that my 9 year old who loves Tacos decided to throw them out and only eat the meat. I tasted one of his carne asada Tacos and not only were they extremely salty but they had a sweet flavor which I could not distinguish for the life of me. Maybe they put all the salt on his Tacos and skipped out on mine because they were basically flavorless. My Tacos Al Pastor had grilled onions and bell peppers on top which totally threw me off. They are supposed to have pineapple on top, I think all of us are aware of that. The meat was tough and hard. And even as I added some more toppings, salsa, lime, and salt thinking it would add flavor it didn't. Needless to say I didn't finish them and neither did my son. Won't be back to this place....

I got the veggie spring rolls, which were stuffed fresh and fried to perfection. They were not greasy feeling like many can be. When I was perusing the menu, I noticed that they had boba tea, so I washed those rolls down with a tasty beverage: Thai Tea. They got the right mix of milk to flavour to tea. Also, they didn't skimp on the boba. By the time I finished, I had a good dozen left over! Last time I went, I tried the Japanese Cotton Cheesecake. I was explained that it's like American cheesecake, but half the amount of many ingredients and steamed instead of baked. Yum-Me! I'm not a fan of the traditional, but this wasn't overly sweet and the texture was almost Angels' Food Cake-y, not the cream cheese texture that grosses me out. And of course, the cashier, is cute, but married (I think), but gives me something to look at while waiting. :)
