True story. Friend and I were in Austin a couple weeks ago. I'm an older guy and he's in his late 20's, good looking young man, nice build. We were there maybe 30 minutes, when a young lady from the club approached us and said we looked bored. After a little chitchat she moved over and sit on my friends lap and said he looked sad and depressed. Now this young friend had had a few beers in him. She then took him by the hand and said follow me. They walked across the floor and disappeared for about five minutes. The next time I saw him, he was standing at the ATM with her. They then walked across the floor to the main bar area and talked to a man in a suit. They then walked back across and disappeared. About 50 minutes later my young friend came walking over to where we were sitting. He had this sheepish smile on his face and his eyes half way rolled back in his head. He told me that he had just got laid and it was the best he had had in a long time. So I ask, how much? He said he paid the guy in the suit $180 for use of the room $200 went to the club and $200 went to the young lady. Great bar!! $580 and the price of 2 more beers. What a night for my friend. read more

You're going to get hit with a $20 entry fee right off the bat, but ok, you're paying for the entertainment, right? The women are mostly gorgeous, bright and delightful, so you're also going to be dropping some decent $$ for that, as expected. But the drink prices? OUTRAGEOUS, shameless blatant price gouging thanks to owners shamelessly drunk on greed. I got 3 drinks - vodka, red bull, doubles - so I guess you can say 6 drinks, right? I walked out of there with barely a stumble so I'm gonna have to say NEVER order doubles in this place because #1: they're not the least bit honest, giving you 3 drinks with a ton of mixer and #2: charging $90!!!! $90 for 3 drinks. Because why? Because they CAN. That demonstrates a radical low in disrespecting customers. Charging a bit extra b/c you're Red Rose, ok. No prob. Gouging your customers like that simply because you can? F*#% U, Red Rose. If you're gonna act like a thief with your customers, you could at least get them a little bit buzzed after 6 shots of vodka. #shameless #noethics #greed read more
