I happen to go on one day and my goal was only to get the HK sweater. Long and behold - They had 1 XL of the sweater ! I snatched it so fast and I had asked if the sweater had any % off. There are a wide variety of items; my wife likes llamas and they had an assortment of gifts to choose from. Even with the coupon, the prices on items seemed a little higher than what I was willing to spend, a small plush toy was 30 dollars for example. I usually do not write reviews since I'd like to have a positive outlook on everything, but this…read morehas stayed in my mind so I'd like to share my experience. The moment I walked in with my friend we were met with eyes. We were interested in all of the beautiful products they had, and had so much fun looking around, but we were being followed the entire time. There was 2 women and a man following us all over the place, staring at everything we picked up. Every time we walked in their direction to ask for help, they would walk away from us. They also intensely stared at us when we got to the jewelry section. I even made eye contact with one of the ladies since her eyes never moved from us. I understand a store owner's reasoning for keeping an eye on customers, but please be mindful of how often you are checking up on them. About 10 mins into our visit, a gentleman came up to us and started to lightly joke about our "boyfriends spoiling us" and speaking about how our boyfriends should treat us and having relationships with them. We started to feel uncomfortable since this gentleman was pressing into our personal life and guiding us towards the register. We did not get a chance to choose anything else to purchase, which is very disappointing since they had such beautiful jewelry options. Since we were specifically looking for bookmarks, I was trying to ask for some help. I asked the gentleman 3 times "Excuse me sir, I have a question." He just continued to ignore me and walked us to the register, while consistently talking about relationships with men. We both felt very uncomfortable and did not enjoy our visit. I do not want to believe that our experience was due to us being Hispanic women, since I want to look at the positive side of our visit. The store had some beautiful items for a high value, and the layout was nice. I hope other customers have a better experience than what we did, and I hope we can have a better experience if we ever do return in the future.
