In all cases, Stephanie has been kind, patient, and quite expert in her work. With breathing exercises, calming my mental 'busy-ness', and guidance on what Mindfulness is all about, I find myself better able to deal with conflict, stress (work, driving) and the crises that seem to arrive with extended family. I strongly recommend you visit Move into Mindfulness' Facebook page, and send Stephanie a note. By following this group, I receive regular updates, suggestions for meals and even - vacation planning!
