I moved away from the "studio" I have used for the last 10 or so years, and needed to find a new one. It's hard now to measure any studio against you have had such a long and great relationship with. The studio has a variety of tables & machines (not my brand, but ...) and other techniques (or programs) - TRX. After an hour of putting me through my paces, assessing my skills & fitness, to see where I would fit into group classes, I feel pretty good about Gina & the studio. It's not my first home, but I think I'll grow to fit in. Gina has a great personality for a trainer; personable, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. I decided after my experience to sign up for the group classes, the first two between or calendars, all future are via the Internet, conveniently from home. I highly recommend if your are curious able Pilates or looking for a studio, you give Gina a try.

Cynthia took care, early on, to make sure that I never overextended myself and used proper form to avoid injury. So often I would fall back into my old habits. You know, head forward, shoulders hunched, etc. With gentle coaching I was able to correct my posture during exercises to gain the full benefit of my efforts. It could be that John and Lisa treat you warmly, and professionally as if they were your personal coaches and friends... and that the whole team (regardless of class or level they choose to focus) is friendly and supportive without exception (and every one of them showing results!)... or that there are tons of classes all at realistic times to choose from. Additionally, there is TONS OF SPACE and equipment. Every day is a brand new workout...some old moves some new, but an AWESOME variety with booming sound system to keep it popping! Best yet, you start with a personalized assessment, and are encouraged to have correct posture in every level up to CrossFit, which you can progress to quickly, slowly or just stay in a class you are comfortable with. Knows her stuff. The tall, young , dark haired man working the fish department (wasn't there today but I have seen him previously) and is always helpful and informative. Today, at 1pm, hardly anyone in the store. I bring my cart to the only register open. The young kid manning the one register open looks at me, then speeds out the front door to his white car. I thought, okay, maybe he will be right back and I unload my cart. He said nothing, before he ran out, to John who was busy off to the side with cleaning a bin and not manning a register. He could of said something to his coworker since my items were now at the register table. Then this kid speeds off in his car. Was his shift over or was he just rude? Thank you to John for helping me. Customer service from this young kid is entirely lacking. Good luck with future employment.
