Good value, and next to them 1 packet of duck fillets priced at £1.49 per packet, went to till and told £7.49 please. l questioned the price and a member of staff was sent to check price looked on their phone (not physically) yep £4.49 right price . l went to shelf and must have been 24 packets+ priced at £1.49, store manager went to check and said only 4 packets wrongly priced. This review is for the Bournemouth store. Been for lunch several times in the last couple of weeks. The staff in the restaurant are always friendly and helpful, Will ensures that tables are cleared and that we are all served promptly with a genuinely helpful style. Ramon who is almost hidden in the kitchen moves as if he is on fire in order to be up to date with all food orders getting meals cooked, plated and served in a timely manner. My friend's have been talking about this for ages and I finally got there! A massive store! Huge! It's a day's outing! They stock mirrors, prints, photo frames, soft furnishings, garden equipment, fishing equipment, camping kit, toys, furniture, it goes on and on. I stocked up with card making gear for my daughter, and some jewellery making pieces and beads for her Christmas presents. I also grabbed a golfing umbrella, some plants, photo cropping tools, and a calendar. I could see a cafe upstairs, but I lacked the energy to get there and the will power to not grab more bargains! The range is an amazing shop in my eyes variety is good and the prices are fantastic. The range stocks near enough everything from greetings cars and pet supplies to furniture and some food items. It has a large car park at the front of the store so it is very accessible and once you enter you find the store is on two levels the top floor is furniture, bathrooms suits and the café and the down stairs houses every thing else. To the rear of the shop is the gardening section with plenty of plants and garden equipment. You have to really have a wander to grasp the variety of stock but make sure you check out the hot chocolate at the café it is fantasticit is served with marsh mellows and cream and finishes of a shopping trip great!!! read more

Annoying as I've just travelled to the store from Christchurch and back and found the item I wanted was not in stock. I used to love this place, it used to be so full of amazing bargains and so huge and full of special finds, but last time I went two days ago it was completely different. They've put the prices up quite notably, there were tons of little children running around stepping on your feet and screaming, the tanoy system was constant. Literally every minute, or even twice a minute I kept here [insert department here] to customer service please customer waiting. I was completely unable to unwind in the cafe because fo this constant noise from the tanoy! Left with very few purchase and a thumping headache. Take aspirin before you visit. read more

a relatively new store with a great range of products! plenty of parking and other shops nearby. I bought all my christmas decorations here last year at a cheap price but good quality. There is also loads of useful bits and bobs around and great stocking fillers. The queues are never long and i found the staff to be very helpful read more

This place has a great selection of different goods, I usually buy art supplies for my daughter here as they are varied and reasonable, also kitchen utensils and other home goods I buy from here. It's a large store and fairly easy to get lost in! keep hold fo small children if you do go cause otherwise you'll spend ages trying to find them again. read more

Staff are very rude, extremely unhelpful and have no customer service skills whatsoever. After wandering around the store trying to find some sort of order to the layout, I finally found something I wanted to purchase. However it had no price on it or on the shelf. I asked a member of staff who was stacking shelves whether he could kindly tell me how much it was. He didn't even look up at me just said "take it to customer services". So I did. After queuing for 30 minutes, I finally spoke to only person on customer services who said they couldn't tell me the price as they couldn't leave the till. I asked if they could put it through the till but they said that I needed to go to another till to buy it. Therefore, I queued for another 20 minutes at another till when they then closed the checkout and told all waiting customers to go to customer services!! worst delivery company ever seen I've bought 610 pounds in furniture and was almost all delivered 26 days after, only a matress left to be delivered, the driver on the 26 day from Yodel passed by my house, didnt ring the bell(since I was home) didnt call to my number and leave a card, spoke with customer service twice which guaranted that he was going to deliver in the same day or next day until 9.40 AM since no one was going to be home later that day, for my surprice nothing happen no call, no delivery no nothing, got home at 15:35 on the 27nd day and found a card seems that he tryed to deliver at 12:53, called customer support again, and nothing can be done or no guarantee that they can give, they can only send a query to see if can be delivered on the 28th day (next daY) between a certain time, never deald with such a bad delivery company and I knew a lot of them, customer support is 0 delivery is 0 I wouldnt recomment to any one even if it was the last choice, definetly not going to buy anything else in The range again or have any delivery though this "Yodel". read more

We spent a good couple of hours choosing a new soft mattress, we thought we had found the perfect comfortable one, a 5ft Siena mattress for £299.99 . we ordered the mattress on the 8th November, picked it up on the 19th (they unfortunately forgot to ring us when it came in , I had to ring them) My husband tried the mattress for 2 nights but it was far to firm, unlike the one we tried in the shop. Rang them on the morning of 22nd spoke to staff. A manager was supposed to ring back that morning, no such luck. Rang again in afternoon, spoke to manager, because my husband had tried the bed she advised me it couldn't be returned, I argued the fact that it was firmer than the one in the shop. She said she will need to get in touch with Head Office. would ring back by 3pm. no such luck. I phoned head office and they advised them to get in touch with me. They did, outcome We would have to pay £45.00 collection plus 10% of total price to return it. Cannot give a star rating. read more

I had to chase them constantly for update. despite informing me the glass for the table was broken in transit they still delivered the broken glass to my residence. Still chasing them for a refund and asking them to pick up there damaged product. I will not even comment on their online customer service. It was 10.50 in the morning & all I wanted to know was availability and price of 50th birthday invite cards. I was put on hold whilst someone from crafts & arts was called; after nearly 10 minutes, I put the phone down and called back. So I was again put through to customer services and low and behold, I was sat waiting for another 10 minutes or so, but good news...someone from arts & crafts eventually answered !...Yippee.....No... excitement short lived....They couldn't hear me due to a bad line. So I called back a 3rd time and finally got t speak with staff from arts & crafts ..Great!!...she went off to find price of cards etc.....another 5 mins wait, but I was going to get my simple request at last.......I'm afraid we haven't got any in stock ...sorry I said....no we haven't got any 50th birthday cards. Total time on the phone ..25 mins with no result, nor an appropriate apology from anyone....thank got I'm good at managing stress....on this occasion I have 3 final words to add: A "dreadful customer service"! read more
