I recently order a Big Shot starter pack. No problems with the Big Shot itself, everyone knows that it is great but Craft Superstore's service was terrible and this package is falsely advertised. I bought it while it was in stock on their site description but in my cart it said out of stock so I called to check 9 days and 4 unresponsive phone calls later they eventually sent it out, claiming that it was in stock the whole time. The gold paper advertised arrived in silver, useless for the Christmas ideas I was planning and the embossing folder pack that arrived was the wrong one too, it was some useless grungy lines and dashes, far too distressed looking for the feminine craft work I usually do. Craft Superstore were clearly out of stock of the items included in this package and rather than informing me of that so I could go elsewhere, they made me hang on for 9 days and just threw together this useless package as if that were good enough to stop me calling every other day. Buy from Hobby Craft or another reliable vendor this would be a simple good deal if not ruined by bad service. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. I waited 3 weeks for my order to be delivered, only to find that the item I was apparently waiting for was not in the order. I emailed them three times to explicitly tell them I wanted to cancel the order if I was not going to receive all the items I'd ordered and they sent it anyway with 2 things missing. And the box was badly damaged and half open on arrival. This is not the first bad experience I've had with them I don't know why I gave them another chance. Avoid at all costs. read more

I placed an order with them over 130 pounds it never arrived, finally I got fed up and cancelled it, I was promised a refund but never given any. The company has gone into liquidation and new owners are not going to honor any past orders placed or cancelled, basically I have lost the entire sum, please be very very careful and stay away from online companies like this. read more

Can't get hold of anyone on the phone and the website is down, so can only assume they've gone bust with my money. Have to wait until Friday to open a dispute with PayPal but in the meantime have used Amazon and won't be making the mistake of ordering anything from anywhere before checking their reviews! read more

Site well laid out, easy to find what I was looking for. No problems with any of the orders I have placed in terms of dispatch and items received. One issue I did have was sorted quickly with 'compensation'. I AM NOT an employee or anything to do with the company. read more

I got an email from Cork Gully, saying that it is unlikely that outstanding orders will be fulfilled and if I have made payment by credit or debit card, I should contact the card provider to ask about their chargeback policy. read more
