Great open beef sandwich. Great home cooking and burgers, etc. Friendly and attentive staff.

Cheeseburgers were great! They had pulled pork starting at 4p which I suspect would have been good.

Best burger in the county and hand cut fries made daily. They have pizza too! Prices are reasonable. Ice cold beer on tap.

I wouldn't call Ol Stuga a dive bar, but I also wouldn't not call it a dive bar. It's definitely not fancy or trendy. This is not the place to get a glass of wine. (I'm not entirely sure they even have any wine.) They don't have any local beer on tap. But that's not Ol Stuga's fault -- Kansas isn't really a craft beer state, I've learned. Bud Lite and domestics are what you'll find here, mostly. One of the first things you'll notice when you walk into Ol Stuga is all of the money on the ceiling. I sat at the bar, next to a guy who seemed like a regular. I asked the guy why there were so many dollar bills stuck to the ceiling of the bar. He told me, and unfortunately for you, I don't remember what he said because there was alcohol involved. If you want to know why there is money on the ceiling of Ol Stuga, you'll just have to visit and find out for yourself. They have a few things on tap here, and I got a fruity beer from Missouri. I wanted something "local," and Missouri was the most local place that Ol Stuga had on tap. The beer was really good -- light and refreshing. Later, I told some locals that I had visited Ol Stuga, and they high-fived me and asked, "Did they treat you OK?" I was like, "Um, yeah? Why?" And they said that sometimes fights break out every once in a while. I didn't see any fights while I was there, unfortunately, but everyone at OS was great and I had a great time.

Plus, their homemade Ranch is the BOMB! Now with that said, let me make a suggestion on a few items. One, the Queso needs some major improvements. PLEASE!?! Second, um where is the tomatoes in the salads? Never got any on the ones I ordered. What is B.B.R.C. on the menu???? Please give us the name, cause abbreviations for some of us, are lost. Now here is the real "issue" I have, what has happened to the steaks? One day they are thick, next, not so much.... Prices? You have it on the menu that prices may vary. However, that's price, not quality. So, please resolve that issue. Oh yes one, more. Why isn't the taco salad in a crispy bowl??? I mean that is also why it was named taco salad. Or where I am from it is. LOL Oh and 4oz of meat for a taco salad is a little "cheap". Maybe up that to a 6oz cup and add some beans. Tacos have beans, right? ..... Ok I will say this, Y'ALL ROCK! For a little town Grill and Bar, the food is awesome but needs work. I say this from a culinary point of view. As well as a customer. I will always be there for the Ranch. P&J's ALWAYS SHINES! This place is always clean and well maintained. Big open place, lots of games at the door to play. YOU MUST RETURN THEM! So, others can enjoy the games as well. They are nice and very efficient. One last note, The bar is well stocked and the beers are nice and COLD! Tip that waitress and bar maid. They work for a living too. See y'all in a week!
