We didn't stay for a meal, but rather we got a dozen doughnuts a couple of times. Each doughnut was better than the previous, with my favourite being the Piñata Colada. The staff were very friendly. On our way out of town, we stopped by for a half dozen doughnuts , and we could smell the food that the other patrons were eating. I came in with two girlfriends and we ordered together. We each ordered a hot sandwich meal, an ice mocha, and a donut. But we didn't actually end up getting exactly what we ordered. We were told that our donuts were part of our meal, when in fact, we wanted the fries that were supposed to come with the meal, and have the donut as a little dessert after. My Artisan Bacon grilled cheese sandwich didn't actually come with bacon, and the girl who took our order said I told her "Grilled cheese sandwich.", but I said "Artisan Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich". It's such a mouthful to say, I know I said the entire title. My friend got a hot mocha instead of an iced mocha, and the same girl that took our order insisted that my friend said HOT and not iced. My Artisan Bacon Grilled Cheese sandwich wasn't grilled all the way through, as you can see in my photo, the cheese wasn't thoroughly melted. And lastly, their iced mochas weren't that great at all. I think the rude experience and lack of customer service really topped it all off. I will not recommend Tim Hortons to any friends or family. It just isn't really worth it, based on our experiences there.
