I've been coming to this barbershop for two years, and would never go anywhere else! The barbers are true professionals. Skilled, friendly, and always take the time to ensure every cut is perfect. The attention to detail is unmatched, and they genuinely care about their clients, making every visit a great experience. The shop is super welcoming and always clean. Whether you need a fresh fade, a beard trim, or a new style, this is the place to go. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best barber experience in town! My husband and sons get their hair cut here and this place goes above and beyond to provide the very best experience! Immediately you're greeted with great attitudes and and fun vibes! The ambience is excellent! The owner Luiz is great, he's very friendly and definitely pays a great attention to detail with his cuts. I love how he is always willing to help his team. You can tell that he takes excellent customer service seriously. My husband goes to Luiz and my boys go to Joey, Javi or Kevin - but you truly cannot go wrong with anyone you go to! My husband and sons got in a horrific accident on their way to getting their hair cut and their whole team met my family at the scene and brought water. That is service that isn't easily found. We are new long term customers here. My dad has started going too! Highly recommend this spot!

Did a little research to find a shop nearby, to get my son's first haircut. Ended up booking my son and husband, since he was looking a little scruffy. Eduardo did a great job on my son's hair. Of course, first haircut came with a few wiggles and cries, but my son left looking absolutely adorable. Everyone was super friendly, and as any good barber shop is, it's all about the chisme. Can't wait to take my son back, or send my husband back for a touch up! The guys lean on each other to make sure each guest leaves happy, and with a fresh cut.

This was the most annoying and irritating experience I have ever had for a haircut. I was looking forward to trying this place because it's so close to my house, but what ruined it was the atmosphere and culture. My barber was a nice guy and tried engaging in conversation, but it was difficult to carry on because the music was blasting. On top of that, the other barbers were yelling at each other while they had customers in their chairs. They also kept dancing and aggressively groping each other which was weird to witness. The lack of professionalism is astounding and hope they clean up their act soon (or at least their floor). read more

A friend of mine reccomended Jacob at The Ranch back in July because I mentioned that I hadn't been able to find a good barber in Riverside since moving here a few years ago. Since then I see him once or twice a month and it's well worth it. Every time I get a cut, I'm happy with the results. He makes sure he knows exactly what you want at the very beginning, he's incredibly professional, and doesn't kill time joking around with people. The second you're in his chair, it's game on, and I have not once been disappointed with the result. Whether you're just going for a touch up, or you want to grow your hair out but not have it look a mess while it's going, this dude has for sure got you. Only place I go, only barber I see. Probably the last barber shop you'll ever need to go to. Luis (the owner & barber) has put together a group of barbers that you can always get An excellent cut from. Eddy is the one that usually cuts my hair but if he isn't there I could literally get a cut from anyone else there and it would be perfect still. Great atmosphere, super cool staff/barbers, again... This will be the last barbershop you'll need to step foot in, the rest just don't compare to the overall experience. read more

Kevin Alexander offers decent haircuts but seriously lacks customer service skills. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11:10 AM appointment only to find he was still with another client and had another ahead of me. An hour after my scheduled time, he casually mentioned there was yet another person before me--someone who arrived at noon and was somehow prioritized over me, likely a friend or relative. As a regular and generous tipper, I was disappointed by this handling. If his schedule was that overbooked, he should have declined my appointment rather than making me wait. His indifferent shrug when I questioned the delay showed a lack of concern for customer experience. Knowing that the owner values customer satisfaction, this is not the level of service I've come to expect here. I have recommended this place to all my neighbors and friends, but I no longer feel comfortable doing so, as I would hate for them to be treated in such a dismissive manner. Unfortunately, this experience means the shop has lost not just one but two customers, as I often visited with my son. Kevin's approach and the way he handled the situation is a poor reflection on this establishment, especially since he was chosen as the shop leader. I am truly disappointed and hope the owner addresses this issue. A simple notification of delays or an apology from the barber could have significantly improved the situation. Waiting an hour to be told there is another hour's wait or being treated as a walk-in is unacceptable. The whole purpose of having an appointment is to manage time efficiently. Thinking that a 2-hour wait is normal is just bad management of time and business. read more

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was visiting town and decided to give this barbershop a try for the first time, and I'm so glad I did. Omar cut both my hair and my son's hair, while Rudy took care of my nephew -- and every single cut came out perfect. Both Omar and Rudy were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and full of good energy, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and their customers. Clean shop, great conversations, excellent attention to detail, and top-tier service all around. The best part is that he already knows what type of haircut I want, or sometimes he asks me to try something new with my fade and my beard.
