I set up a time to take a look at it, and she was there at the exact time at her office that we had preplanned. She was extremely busy with some other issues, but, she took as much time as I needed to see what the entire park was about. I was very pleased with cleanliness and the rates are very reasonable. The sites are concrete, very level and the site that I have rented it has a storage shed on it. They have pickle ball, shuffleboard, a fishing dock where you can also put your kayaks in. There's a small boat ramp, but I'm not sure if they're size limitations. It's not a very big ramp. Laundry room, mail room. All was very clean. They actually have their own water treatment plants on site and the water that is being distributed is professionally monitored. The park itself is in a country setting so I would assume there's not much road noise once I actually get moved in. I will update my review.
