The atmosphere was great, no one there seemed too "pro" to care that a couple of unskilled drunkards were taking turns at seeing who could suck the most. The pitchers were decently priced and it was great to see the tattooed bartender rocking out to Wu-Tang Clan while serving beer. Then again, this was Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure when all the pool players come out and make innocents their victims. Oh it can get kind of crowded, I'm not sure if calling ahead is encouraged (or possible) but make sure you have a backup plan incase this place is too packed.

The bar itself is the perfect size -- small, cozy, and welcoming without feeling cramped. There's a pool table and a music machine, which adds to the laid-back vibe and makes it a fun place to hang out with friends. On big game days, I definitely recommend getting there early since the parking lot is on the smaller side. The drinks are affordable and actually taste good, which isn't always guaranteed. The servers are friendly, attentive, and make you feel genuinely welcomed every time. Overall, this place is all about good people, good drinks, and good times exactly what you want from a neighborhood bar.

There are limited beers on draft, but they do have a nice selection to choose from (tap, bottled, can). Smaller sized pub that welcomes dogs and people alike, super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Sports playing. Biggest down side from my experience was; what I can only presume to be the bar owner's dog, urinating inside on the floor. The (presumed) owner of the dog (and bar) was oblivious/ignored it all. The bartender, when notified initially, ignored the wet floor when we called it out and dismissed it as a water leak. He later came out after the second report of wet floor, and mopped/sanitized the area where it was wet. Several people walked through the "wet spot" and went throughout the space. Whether it was dog urine or water, it is still a wet floor. Please note, I personally witnessed the dog actively urinating when she came over to me for attention because she wasn't getting it from her owner. Final opinion/review from me on this space is please go and support, the staff are attentive and do a great job, but also consider it is potentially may not be sanitary throughout.

I've been to Santa Barbara loads of time and this was the first time walking into this place. They did have a security guard in front checking ID. The crowd was pretty lively for Saturday night but not too overly packed. Piano man was having his moment. Hence the reason we walked in. Tables and booths were pretty much taken but we manage to get a seat at the bar counter. Cocktail menu had all you drinks, both mixed and specialty. It's a full bar so whatever you're craving I'm sure they could create. We got a few drinks as there was a couple of us. The bartenders was really sweet and fun. She was having a good time and taking care of everyone. It was only her when we walked in but a few others showed up a couple of minutes later. One of the cocktails was a bit too sweet for me so I opted for another. Went with a beer which was ok. Drink wise, about 18-20.00 per cocktails. About average wherever you go to now. Even though we were at the bar counter, a waitress came over to take our order. Piano man was very good. When we walked in he was taking request from the audience. Afterwards, the song choices were pretty great. And the sing along with everyone was fun. Hence why people love a good piano bar. Would I come back, yes. The vibe was great. It was fun place with a good amount of seating. There's a nice big bar area as well as patio seating in front. I don't know if food is offered. Would definitely come back for a fun night.

Did like the attempt at English decor, namely the phonebox hanging on the side of the bar and the usage of the Underground signage. Appreciated the (at least two) beers on tap that were imports -- couldn't quite see what they were, but they had my Guinness, so that was enough for me. (They do have a good selection of taps, including 805, another blonde, etc. Again - since I really only drink Guinness, I can't say I paid much attention.) The one thing I will say is that the atmosphere can give off a... I dunno, vibe. It's quite dark inside, even when it's moderately light out. (I called in around 7pm).
