They didn't even go outside to go look at my car. They supposedly ordered me a tire and told me that they'd call me when the tire came in. Well it never did yet... never got the phone call. It's funny because the car had a recall repair done earlier this year at Shakers Straits Turnpike on the same part and what, no one could tell it had other problems?! I just bought the car 8 months ago. Not happy with Shakers Mechanics or their Poor response to customers.
