A couple of the games didn't work & some games will stop you from winning if played more than twice. (Whack a clown, Swimming Ducks, Dodgeball) They have other options besides just playing games. They have Mini Golf, Bumper Karts, & Laser Tag. I haven't experienced any of the 3 but they looked fun. Depending on the time you go, will depend how busy the arcade is. We went around 6pm and it was semi busy. Very little staff compared to the amount of customers. The prizes are cheap quality but will make the kids happy. The prizes do require a lot of tickets. The prize counter gets crowed very fast. The staff working at the prize counter were nice but they had no sense of urgency.

He was rude to me, he was rude to others. I witnessed this first hand. He looked and sounded like he'd rather be anywhere else except talking to me. He rudely asked "oh last minute for toddler time?" And then rolled his eyes. He snapped at another lady who was wanting to pay and said "the button doesn't even exist until 10am." After she asked why she couldn't see an option online. He literally rolled his eyes so many times this morning that I lost count. I tried to buy snacks and he looked at me and turned away. That man... needs customer service training MAJORLY. I actually think he might be a manager there which is really sad. Anyways, we will go again but wanted to let the business know that the man who worked today at 10am at the front cash register is a jerk.

The owner was happy and helpful, and I could tell that she was working her butt off! -Unlimited toppings. What?! -Unique flavors. My husband and I shared the flavor, "Big Muddy" which was chocolate overload. It was really yummy! There are lots of cool flavors, and the owner told us that she takes requests for ordering new ice cream flavors and toppings. -Free arcade games. So cool that they don't make you pay to play them! Here's what could be improved: -The space felt a little dingy. It still has cool seating and a unique feel, though, so don't let that deter you from coming here! -There were two sizes of cups sitting on the counter, but when I told the owner I wanted the small size, she said they don't sell that size. I was confused why they had that size of cup sitting out if they wouldn't sell it. Oh well! Magic City Sweets seems like the kind of place I wish existed when I was younger! It has such a cool feel that's unique to Minot, and the service couldn't be better. Go give it a try! And don't forget to try the Big Muddy flavor. (;
