My review is way over due. I brought my son for the first time in October. I went on a Thursday and it was pretty empty. It was easy to find parking. Entrance is free on weekdays. I personally loved it, it had everything my 4 year old needed to stay entertained. There was plenty of photo props, inflatables, petting zoo, games and rides. All the workers were polite, plenty of rides and not too expensive. My son had a wonderful time and I can't wait to bring him back again next year. read more

We used to enjoy this local pumpkin patch with our kids. Unfortunately we will not be returning after this year. I have road the carousel (standing beside my child) for many years with both my kids and was never charged to "ride". This year I was charged a full price ride ($7 per person!!!) to stand on the carousel with my child. No other place does that.. we just recently visited the Irvine spectrum and their ride attendants were very confused when I clarified if I needed a ticket to stand with my child! (Each child ticket there includes an adult accompany for the children that don't meet the solo rider height).... FOOD: waited in an extremely long line for the employees to not seem to know what to do, and almost everything on the menu was not available (sold out, or on excuse was that they couldn't make a funnel cake because someone did something wrong with the frying oil?) $8 to play a single game of ring toss is not appealing. read more

I'm so disappointed... after being charged double, and mistakes happen, they've actively ignored my request to have the payment adjusted. I've sent emails, wrote comments on their posts, and DMed them. I can see they opened my DMs, saying "sorry" the first message and then just opening them after that and not responding. I'm so sad I have to go through the credit card company to get my money back after supporting the company for so many years. Only 1 big complaint here.. we've been coming for the past two years. Usually have a great time, but recently there has been this girl who wears way too much makeup running the petting zoo part with the goats who is a nazi and makes the whole experience unenjoyable... she told me she doesn't even like the animals and then goes on to tell the kids they are not allowed to pet the goats.. it's a "petting zoo". The. Goes on to say you can't feed the goats out of the palm of your hand with the tiny cup of food you just paid $5 for... so ridiculous. Please find better staff for the petting zoo portion so the kids and animals can actually enjoy each other. read more

I am still new to Eastvale / Riverside County and am not as familiar with the area. However, I came across this place in Corona. So, we decided to visit on a Friday. We did pay $5/ person (M-Th free admission F-Sun $5). However, we really had a nice time. It is a fairly decent size with many rides, games, a pet farm and picture opportunities. It is very kid friendly and has pumpkins scattered throughout the place. My daughter had a blast ! So much fun that we brought her back for more. This place is very overpriced, not run well, and the staff was really rude. We tried to order a funnel cake and cotton candy and they told us that they were too busy to make a funnel cake and that they were out of cotton candy so we ordered churros. We then waited 40 minutes for two churros, and said they had lost our ticket, there were people waiting even longer for less. I've gone in the past and unfortunately it's gone down hill and they don't run it properly. read more

How can you tell your kids you can't go because now they're charging for it.Next 2 and under can ride all the rides for free, but they didn't tell us that until we bought tickets and they're nonrefundable tickets they had children running the games and the rides children under the age of 18 under the age of 15 some of them scary not going back. POST COVID, I've been in dire need of pumkins. Have you got kids? Bring em. Have you got parents? Bring em. We went on Sun and paid $5 to get in. The space is small but is packed with everything we expected (hay, pumpkins all over the place, a petting zoo, carnival-ish rides, a bouncy house, an ATV ride, and designated picture spots at almost every corner). Parking was easy to find, and it was free. The staff was amiable. This spot was a sweet reminder that holidays are just around the corner. We were literally there for maybe 30 min! The goats were aggressive! The "tractor ride" is a joke! You sit in tin cans while a small tractor pulls you while dirt hits you in the face!! I would say It's on the smaller side however the lot was large enough to have a few rides (geared towards 5 to maybe 12 year olds). Went Halloween day in the afternoon. Parking lot mostly full but had a few spots to park with no problem. Must purchase tickets to ride anything or play games. Each attraction was about 5-6 tickets per person. I would say it's more geared towards one to maybe eight year olds? More for toddlers if anything. Majority of the staff who with there are younger teenagers who are very sweet and kind. One guy I can tell didn't really like his task especially because it was super hot out, but he was still considerate. I loved the rest of the staff. Each of them even passed out candy! I noticed one staff, Manning the tractors, sanitize after each Rider. I appreciated that a lot!! I don't recommend the bee ATV ride. It was super dusty, hot, and I was afraid of the mud splattering from below. Plus if you want you're toddler to ride it, you have to go with them. So that ride was 18 tickets for a toddler and two adults, essentially $18 to ride!! It's a great way to see everything around this event, however. I even noticed where the portapotties were and hand washing station. Free entrance and parking. Tickets were $1 a piece unless you buy a larger amount like 100 tickets for $50 (not worth it to get 100 tickets though. You'll end up trying to find things to use it all up). I ended up giving my left over tickets away to the next person in line to purchase some. There were a lot of photo ops. Loved that. read more

Way over priced rides. $8 for a petting zoo? No. Parents need to pay to just to get in with the little kid. If you want to go together with your 2 years old just to make sure they are safe and not attacked by the hungry goats? Yeah , $8 per person. You pay $16 for just a petting zoo. And their goats attack people because they are too hungry. Be aware of that. The owner seems only want $$$ and not care about safety and anything. The rides are old and don't look well maintained. We visited on Sunday Oct. 27. This was not our first visit, we enjoyed our past visits, this time NOT so much! Entry was 5 dollars not a good place for small toddlers! Nothing for them to do other than get into petting zoo (if they are not afraid) Most rides take 7 to 8 tickets. If you plan going with multiple kids it will be very expensive. On Sunday 100 DOLLARS will get you 120 tickets which sounds like ALOT OF tickets but keep in mind each ride 7 to 8 tickets for each child. I had 5 kids with me which means I had to purchase another 100 dollars worth of tickets and I still did not have enough for all rides! Food expensive as you probably know. If you plan to go be prepared to pull out your wallet, btw they did not even allow a parent to hold on to a small child on the HORSE MERRY GO ROUND! Went on a Wednesday night thinking it wouldn't be too busy and was definitely wrong! Free parking (may have to drive around a bit to find a spot) & free admission. Mainly went here because a neighbor had given me left over ride tickets for my son, so didn't purchase any tickets for the few rides he went on. They sell some snacks, drinks & treats. You may not want to go here if you are anxious about COVID-19. They have "masks mandatory" signs, yet saw no one actually enforcing. Also, did not see any of the rides being wiped down. They had hand sanitizer at most rides, but some of them were covered in dirt. Saw one hand washing station near porta-potties. read more

We have been in this place many many times. I can say the they used to choose their employees carefully. Back in 2017 and 2018 everyone was welcoming and smiling and helpful. This year and the previous year however, they hire young people who could care less about their business and it's reputation. There was one of the girls at fish tank place who was giving attitude to my kid for no reason. I got her name and we complained but still wanted to bring this to manager's attention. You guys put too much effort and time to have this nice place. This is our fourth year here and we buy our Christmas tree every year from you. Took my family October 1st was totally disappointed. Very overpriced I think it was 45 tickets for $40, $5 entry fee, really??!!, lot of staff standing around, rides weren't working 100% "pumpkin spinners, not able to spin!??", no refund, just a sorry @ 6 tickets per person!! The petting zoo animals were starving and a bit aggressive to me and my 9-year-old, as well as the staff. Apparently they forgot to feed them breakfast and it was like a stampede once they got fed by staff (goats, sheep, chickens, bunny). They didn't have as much as they did a few years ago, it seems like this place has went downhill. Pumpkins were $5 small to $20 large. We left with a disappointed kid. We didn't even go to the games/pumpkins area we ran out tickets & were disappointed enough. Quickly spent $60, which included entry fees (3 adults, 1 kid), 2 swing rides, 1 fun house jumper slide (5 min only), 2 petting zoo, 2 pumpkin spinners. No entrance fee and parking is free. Plenty of fun rides and games to play. Great food. They make fresh squeezed lemonade that runs out faster than they can make it so get it while you can! Cute layout. Tickets are $1 but they have a special for $40 for 52 tickets. Highly recommend that one. If you come with a few more people you could get the $100 for 140 tickets. I have been taking daughter since she was born... she's 13 now and this year, these "employees" by far the worst... apparently me (a full grown 35 year old adult) trying to record/take pictures was more of a concern to employees than the kids on the bungee ride... it's $10 ($1 per ticket...10 tickets for 3 minutes) for some teenagers wearing orange vests to ignore all safety rules and regulations while your child is bouncing on this contraption... I expect to spend extra doing these holiday outings but it's usually worth it... I think this will be that last year we go to The Pumpkin Factory... Awesome experience! Not too big or small, perfect for parents with children. Free parking & entrance. Prices are pricey, but most pumpkin patches are/ have carnival priced foods. Foods include Funnel cake topped with ice cream, whip cream and strawberries, tacos, garlic fries, carne asada fries, kettle corn and more. Strawberry lemonade was really good, also the funnel cake. A lot of rides, games, & a petting zoo. My nephew & I had a blast. People at the games were also very friendly & gave away candy. We have been going here for years and every year there is some crappy employees but this year tops it. My 6 year old son has autism and as such he can often fixate on something. We walked in and I immediately threw down $100 for tickets and $15 to get in. Spent another $100 on tickets and merchandise before leaving. First thing he noticed was a plastic sword at the dart balloon game. The game was not kept well and it hardly had any balloons but he wanted to play. I me mentioned it would be hard to win (the lady working the game agreed instead of replacing the balloons that had been popped). He wasn't deterred. Ii is $1 per ticket and so $8 for 5 darts. The sword was the top prize but I assure you they paid no more than a few dollars for it. It was cheap and wouldn't last a night in our home without being broken. We played $48 in that game. He won 5 of the lower level prizes but due to the fact there was hardly any balloons, he was unable to win the sword. I offered to give back all the smaller toys to get the sword. They already made $48 on a $3 toy. The young girls in the booth were ruthless. They denied the trade. They were just in general rude to my son. My guess is they didn't understand he has autism but anyone could see he was struggling. He was about to lose it and. That meant we would likely have to leave and my other kiddo wouldn't have a chance to enjoy the rides. The sweetest family with a little boy older than my son won a sword and clearly recognized my sons limitations and handed it to him. I was so grateful but shame on you pumpkin factory to treat a disabled child like this just because your employees didn't like him (he is hyper and bounces and they did not like it. They even tried to tell me he was too young to play but their were others younger than him playing. My son always get the looks.
