There are plenty of shopping options to choose from, and I appreciate the value and selection available throughout the mall. One thing I tend to avoid is purchasing from the kiosk vendors. They can be very persistent when trying to make a sale. During one visit, a vendor referred to me as "Mexican." While I wasn't personally offended, I would prefer to be addressed more professionally, such as "ma'am" or simply as a customer. The service at Victoria's Secret is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they consistently have a great selection of clothing and perfumes that I enjoy. Overall, it's a nice mall with a good variety of stores and shopping opportunities.

I looked for the items first, back and forth, and didn't see them. I saw someone messing with the clothes on hangers and decided to ask, since she wasn't wearing any uniform or name badge. "Do you work here? I'm trying to find..." and she was annoyed, as if I'm supposed to know that she works there. She looked in a direction and said "they're over there." That's better than nothing. I found what I needed to buy and got some other things. The amazing thing about this store is that it is organized. If you go to Westgate Mall in Saratoga or Great Mall in Milpitas, you'll know what I mean. You'll be lucky to find anything because you have to watch for clothes on the floor. The cashier was pleasant. Even security was pleasant when I entered the store.

Brought it back with all the stuff it had my receipt. And all I wanted to do was exchange it for one that had the necessary mop head. The young lady told me she'd have to charge me the difference because the other box was not on markdown. And explain to me that that's why it was discounted well how was I to know that it was discounted and assuming that it had tape on the openings that it was unopened. How is one to know if something isn't complete usually you say something or it's labeled incomplete from my experience. Has to speak to the manager manager said no she couldn't do anything and she had to charge me the difference even though she admitted that it was partly their fault. So two wasted trips and still didn't get what I needed. It's okay cuz I won't be going back. I'll stick to real stores that have real policies and better products I guess that's what I get for going to a low end store. It's okay because I found the same setup on Amazon for the same price delivered to my home. And you wonder why department stores are going out of business. So much for trying to support local businesses. But I will say that the young lady at the register was very nice and the manager also.
